Teppan-Yaki - #B1-200

First and last time I would visit this place. I don’t understand the long queue at this place despite the service and food quality. Food was bland, portion was much lesser than the price paid. I could’ve had a more pleasant meal for the price of $38.80, but I ended up leaving the place hungry and unsatisfied. The staffs were eager to clean and close up the restaurant to an extent where one of the customers were not finished with their meal but their dishes were cleared off without being asked. They ended up leaving immediately. If you decide to dine here, be prepared to wait long and dine for less than the time you waited. General advice: Take your money elsewhere. With a price like this in Singapore, I would rather have 10 plates of chicken rice.

I'm a repeated customer. I never have issue with the food or service. The crew are well organized on handling their duties. Will come again soon. 2 person for $33 is reasonable price for shopping centre price and the quality of meat and seafood.

It was value for money, the taste is pretty solid also. Typical teppanyaki taste and the seafood is good, chicken drumstick not over cooked too. Will patronise again.

Been wanting to try dining here but always packed. Glad we came one afternoon and there was no q. Ordered beef teppanyaki and enjoyed it. Value for money! ?

Had it on Saturday, it was packed. We queue for our seats, the staffs were not very organized. We are queuing and long queue formed, perhaps can get a ticket or something to avoid the over crowding of the queue after the 5th customer... Is not very nice to queue and watch people eating just to get our seats? Ordered the beef and oyster set which came with a bowl of rice and soup too. The vegetables was first like within 10 seconds. We didn't get to sit infront of the chef but the side hence the vegetables was kiap to us from a distance. The water was dripping out from the vegetables as the chef kiap to us. We felt that the taste was rather bland for vegetables. Then come the main dish which was topped with the special sauce added with chilli pads as requested. Overall the taste wasn't as tasty as it was supposed to be. Been to many teppanyaki before and there is some taste missing... Staffs were friendly though but the system can be better.?

Decided to have dinner here with my partner about 8pm as the queue was not so bad. Paid for Set A and got seated within 5 mins. Asked for no chilli for the beef, as my spicy tolerance is really low. Portion for cabbage and bean sprouts given were good however it was lightly seasoned. Soup and rice portion was small and I ordered extra for both. Very dissappointing cause my partner and I ordered extra and the bowls that came were half filled. The beef, fish and chicken were delicious. Wintermelon was served at room temperature. Overall, good experience as the service was fast and the food was not bland.

Waited very long and we ordered for our friend. We were told that if she didnt appear we cant sit down even we had paid for for the set meals. When we sat down for the meal, it seems like they had already cook way before we even had seats.. and 30-40mins into the meal, the lady staff was already chasing us off even before we can finish our meal. She claim that the customers outside are waiting for our seats, other customers who sat down earlier than us havent even left yet. Then kept on staring at us waiting to clear out table. The prawn is not fresh and overcooked. The beef was rubbery also

Basement of new wing of North Point. Tried the set B of two person set. Lots of vegetable (cabbage and beansprout). Both quite tasteless and lightly seasoned with salt. Beef has lots of inedible parts. Squid and oyster is okay. Prawn is deshelled. Drink is very diluted. Overall meat cooked with 1 sauce. Quite disappointed with the taste.
