Had my pedicure and manicure.. initially seems very good with all the sweet talk, but later came on their hard selling attitude.. despite of telling im rushing, and not interested, but they kept pushing me few times with different kinds of treament for my toes.. finally upon payment, trying to self off their package.. never felt this kinda uneasiness at other saloon.. definitely not going back there in future.. guess they have policy, each customer need to spend few hundred dollars every visit.. sigh..

The manicurists are skilled, ensuring the nails are clean after each session. They are also willing to share some after care advice. They will also advice you on the packages that is suitable for your nails.

The girls here were attentive and will dispense advice on how to take care of your nails, hands and feet. I enjoy being able to do my nails and massage at the same. Wonderful experience

I had my nails done today. Unfortunately, I'm not really happy with my experience. My nails was not done properly. Staff even complained that its hard to clean and paint my nails.Seriously?? This is the first time that somebody told me that its hard to clean my nails! The photos attached was after I asked her to file it again and buffered some nails as some are so thick and uneven. Can you imagine how it looks like before I asked her to file and buffer? its disaster! After telling her my concerns she make face. One more thing I don't like is that they're talking in their own dialects as if there's no customers around them. She even asked me if I want to get another package. Hahaha.. Seriously?? I regretted why I bought the package as I don't feel hospitality from the staffs. They're only concern in upselling.

Been going to this outlet for a couple of year now. Xuan has been my go-to person since she joined this outlet! She’s really kind and friendly. It’s not painful when she cleans the nails/cuticles and she cleans them thoroughly. Xuan always does a very good job. Thank you.!

Worst pedicure ever!!! Was told price for normal colour is SGD88 and gel colour is SGD 108, so I chose SGD88 for the normal colour and added sea salt soap as recommended by staff over there. However, instruction wasn’t clear from staff which confusing me to think that SGD88 is for the whole session of the pedicure but actually charging for foot scrubbing, foot soaking, nail cutting etc are not included yet. The staff after that said that after add on the sea salt soap for SGD30+ the price is about the same as price for gel colour and asked by her ‘Why don’t choose gel colour? But I will charge you as SGD88 as this is your first trying’ So proceeded to gel colour. Besides, staff did recommend to do treatment for foot scrubbing but I refused as I find it is unnecessary. The fun part is when doing payment. In order to pay first trying price SGD88, I was told to pay SGD88 x10 which is indirectly ask me to sign packages but I rejected and asked just to pay for this time. Due to rejecting the offer of paying total amount of SGD880, staff said I have to pay the price original price of gel colour which SGD108 and just then she mentioned about the rest of charging for foot soaking, foot scrubbing, nail cutting etc, so I end up have to pay SGD350 for the total price included another 3 sessions of gel spa for next time, meaning I end up still got the package even only pay for the price for one session. When I questioned them is if the another next 3 sessions of gel spa are included to SGD350 or I still need to pay, they didn’t answer my question which I find it quite rude and irresponsible way of serving customers. I understand that it is very common to see promoting or hard selling in this industry. However, instructions about the price and services given wasn’t clear enough which confusing customers and indirectly forcing customers to sign packages even customers refused, it is very irresponsible way of doing business and I SUPER don’t recommend doing pedicure or medicure service there. It’s a TOTAL SCAM!!!

Rated it a two star because I had two manicurists. One was a young lady who was very lovely and did a good job w my pedicure. The other lady who did my nails was slightly older and she really looked she didn’t want to be there. She did my manicure pretty badly. It was pretty thick and uneven. It wasn’t applied well. She really had a bad attitude. Which made my experience abit unpleasant. I was there on a fave voucher so when they asked me to sign for a package I was like nah mann. Hard selling is pretty insane. But the lady was doing that was still very nice nevertheless.

All the staff is very friendly and provide good service. I have done pedicure and very satisfied with their service. Recommended others to try at this shop,
