fish and chip so so but I give one star because I found a hair in the inside the fish. Completely spoil my appetite

Food was delayed and was just cancelled as there was no driver!

Nice western food selection. Good portion serving. Usually would expect a long wait, but it’s worth it.

Very big portion of fried chicken steak. Omg like 2 person size for one portion. Fresh and breadcrumbs was delicious. Will Recommed and saw others order grill with whipped potato, the potato looks delicious. It’s the first time I tried western food after staying in area for many years. And before I buy I compare other western store and found other store with many good reviews has dropped for last few months people say not as good as before. so I decided to buy this store as this store quite new. Hope they will remain consistent good and big portion.

Fish and chip is really good. But quite disappointed with the counter auntie. Dine half way i walk to the counter with my plate to get some sauce for my corn at the counter. End up getting scold and humiliate infront of many other customer by bad manner auntie saying no no what you want? this one is for take away only and showing the go away hand gesture. What is wrong with aunties nowadays? I was want some sauce lol. Why so hostile?

Bad customer service. Served by the rude aunty who seems to have mensus every single second. There are other western food stalls (non halal ones thou) at this place. For halal ones, bring your money somewhere else. Not worth it!

Standard has dropped compared to when it first open. Especially Coleslaw quality worst than before. Chicken Portion was way much smaller than before. When they first open also didn’t charge for paper box for takeaway but quickly after they started to collect. After trying 3 times consistently not as good as before when once opened so decided to dropped this stall.

Starting with the good. The food here is really not bad! It might be abit pricy but I would say the fish and chips are definitely above average and their fries are crispy and delicious. The pictures on the menu looks great and is really what enticed me to try their chicken steak the second time I went back. Sadly this is where it goes downhill, the chicken steak looks impressive but the batter just tastes like plain flour and oil.. but perhaps what cheesed me off the most is their service crew there. I certainly don’t expect any form of service at a hawker center, but their staff are just plain rude. The first time was a Malay guy and the second time was a Chinese auntie. Funnily enough when looking though the google reviews here the exact same thing happened to other customers too also complaining about the same auntie! So my conclusion is order the fish and chips if you’re craving some using home delivery because it’s good and you don’t have to deal with the attitude from their staff. If you’re there at Sengkang square, eat at the other (cheaper) western food stall.
