β β β β β Thailand is known as the land of smiles, but my family and I was definitely NOT greeted with a smile. The only request we had was to sit together, but there were no tables available. We ended having to sit at separate tables but before our food came we saw a bigger table and asked if we could move. We were told we are very βmafanβ (troublesome). I donβt know what kind of service this is but definitely not a good one.

β β β β β Apologies but the service and food is below expectations.
- waiting staff cannot handle incoming customers. There were empty tables but they said they need you to wait a while.
- dishes were too salty
- we had to ask for serving plates
- they were unfriendly to customers
Amk hub has many food eateries, they are packed with customers. Having eaten here I now know why it has fewer customers.
Likely my last visit to Thai express ever.

β β β β β Taste-wise, it's not too bad, but the portions are small. For the prawn/egg omelette, I could hardly find any prawns. The duck was mainly bones, with little meat. Service-wise was ok, though one of the waitresses was rather rude.

β β β β β Had an amazing experience yet again at Thai Express. Very good quality food with freshest ingredients. Not only good for the eyes, itβs good for health too.
Kudos to the friendly staff for good service. Location is very convenient also.
Miss going to the Changi Jewel outlet which they have closed now !

β β β β β This thai express olive fried rice is famous for absent of the sauce. Every other thai express has sauce for olive fried rice. I have to mash up with green curry sauce to make up for it.

β β β β β Green curry chicken is good. Lemon tea is very very bad and weird. It taste like has been kept for few days, not fresh. $3 for lemon tea is totally waste of money.
