T	Tian Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my personal experience with the support team; The reception team, consisting of Meichen, Jass and Shikin, they were understanding, accommodating and solution driven in managing all my sessions and appointments And a special mention to my treatment specialist, ShuQi, she was attentive, diligent and meticulous in my treatment with her, so much so that I specially requested for her to attend to me if she is available. She is what I would deem as the quiet, silent worker, that makes the difference. And that was what made me want to write this review. Kudos to her ? Parking here is atrocious though ?

I felt very comforted to be under the care of such a genuinely caring and detailed doctor. I have full confidence in my treatment and am pleased with my progress so far. Furthermore, I felt very welcomed by the team. They took care of me well and were very friendly! Will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to come here!

Until one day I was referred to Dr Angeline by my GP for my medical concerns, then I learnt that they do medical treatments as well. Dr Angeline is kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to explain my concerns well and very assuring. I am glad I went to her and get my condition managed and eased. Her assistances in the clinic are also nice and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and they are also meticulous and informative on their part.

Not pushy at all and even told me that I didn’t have to get the products if I didn’t need them, and I could decide on laser treatment further down the road and did not force me to buy anything I didn’t want to. Dr Yong is very friendly and gentle and only recommended after looking at my long acne history to come to a diagnosis. Also offered me different treatments but was truthful about pricing and outcome. Dr Yong and Nicole both also have nice purple hair. Will recommend for skin issues!!

She did an excellent job and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. She also followed up with my post op care by doing a pulse dye laser to help reduce the red scars. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results. She is an excellent surgeon, who is very detailed and precise with her work. Furthermore, the AYD team is also very lovely and friendly. They made me feel very welcomed. I will be recommending Dr Yong to my friends and family.
