★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their cold brew teas and cream puffs are quite amazing. Early grey and milk tea hit the spot. A random encounter but customer for life. I will she sharing the teas and cream puffs with many friends. Nice quick spot to rest and recharge before more walking and/or shopping ! Enjoy !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store and wanted to buy some tea. There were some sample tea and we wanted to smell it and took off our mask for a brief while. One of the shop assistant came over and reminded us to put on the mask. We acknowledge and put it on. After which, she then keep repeating to put on the mask for at least 3 to 4 times and keep nagging her way through. I don't get it. Didn't we already comply with that already? We were so frustrated that we just thank her sarcastically and she did the same back. We were so annoyed that we just walked out of the store. Worst store experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a yuzu chiffon cake from here.. and it was just awesome ?.. the flavour infusion was just so refreshing and light! Not overwhelming at all. Did a take away. Maybe next time would sit down for a cup of tea as well.. they have so many herbal tea infusions available.. you’re really spoilt for choice ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice cosy escape for a decent brewed cuppa tea Amidst the hustle of B4 Ion Orchard.
The staff are nice and friendly, they have a courtesy 45min dining notice although it's not enforced if there is no line for dine in.
It's comfortable with 2 sets of 4 seats and a "bar" seating 2.
Most teas are fresh brewed and they keep the place nice and clean.
Interesting selection of cold brew introduced although the tea equipment is a tad pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Shibuya tea, and it was really delicious! The pearls were soft and sweet, and the tea was very flavourful. Didn't feel like I waited very long for the tea either. The travel series is very worth it, and underrated! I'll definitely head back to try all the other flavours! Staff is friendly as well.
