★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is good for how central the location is. Turf is ok with a couple small potholes. However as it is in an office building there is no proper shower facilities. There is one shower but after office hours u have to contact security to unlock

Owner has to maintain turf to keep good conditions for Futsal more frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was displeased by the management there, short chinese guy wearing specs was very rude and had a condescending tone towards me and other guests. I come here quite often and was never treated this way before, have always been treated nicely by the other staffs. This guy was extremely unprofessional as compared to the others, putting his legs up on the chairs that I believe are meant for us guests. Is the job too easy that you can lay down on the chairs? At least put on a professional front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Played there on 20 March Sunday. Love the place, nice pitch and good rooftop atmosphere to enjoy. The staff are very good, the processes of safe entry is done very well quite smooth. Kudos the the staff there for ensuring a safe place to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is relatively clean and basic. Pitch is of a good size for 5v5. However, safety is a big concern as the pitch seems fairly worn, cut up and with many potholes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too many pot holes and poorly maintained pitch. No effort can been seen to patch the pot holes. Potential hazard to trip and fall. Ball hit the pot hole will be deflected.
Air is stale and no shelter.
Washroom is clean.
They do provide chairs and bench.
One good point is the place is clean.
Will get a better rating it the pitch condition is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roof pitch on top of an office building.
Near Cuppage bars area. The pitch is soft but many patches that have been added to cover holes are lose and a bit dangerous. No showers.
Actually there are but mgmt wont allow non tenants to use them.
Size is good for 5 vs 5 casual games.
There is a tent to offer cover from rain or sun. Otherwise nice seats around the pitch and nice view. I guess is the only proper Somerset / Orchard area futsal field. It would be definitely 4 stars if the pitch could be properly repaired.
