★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally feel the school only wants students to pass for thr school's own good record. Some sort like the learning lab's attitude towards students. Not v nurturing. Students' emotions are not considered. Things like - u r too fat, gotta lose weight.. I dont care why you were absent , just go arrange for make up classes, if u dance badly, u can forget about exams... these were said to my daughter over the years. Also no warm up exercises before dance, just dance when u get there. Teachers do not care about your wellbeing. So my daughter said her ankle hurts after dance. I hv to tell her she must rem to do some warm ups if the teacher does not set aside time for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school placed my girl outside the class due to late fee payment by 1 week even after there was phone call made prior to the class to inform that we will be making the fee payment on the coming weekend with a late fee imposed by the school.
Unfriendly staff and payment method where only cash and cheques are accepted at the counter, not able to do online payment and any late payment will result in late fee charge and student being placed outside of the class even if you are a long time student with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with administrators of the school. Classes were often changed without notification resulting in parents standing outside class room making a wasted trip.
Decided to pull our child out and change to another dance school which provided more stable classes and friendly administrators.
