Alhamdulilah, We choosed The Ballroom is because of its price and place that fits to our budget, having to say a covid wedding we trying to minimize as much as we can and go for whats needed, alhamdullilah it was a really smooth with each and every movement thoughtout the entire event from 2-5pm. I was amazed on how you guys can cater to our needs even last min. We were the first to have that new set of dais chair and we are more then happy it came within the day before.?? Most of my guest were impressed and happy with the outcome of the food main course and the desserts. You guys did a great job on the Emcee to Abg Imran he commits to our timing and eventually advise us on what had to overun or go with the flow, easy communication with understanding people to work with. Kudos to the team and The Ballroom! ❤️

Alhamdulillah, my Nikah and reception was done at the ballroom singapore. Everything went well and all our guests were very impressed with the decor and food. Thank you to the ballroom singapore for your service throughout the day. Best food and my wife & family love it, especially the lamb rack? The Emcee was very professional, even though my wife and I were late. He was very good with following my itinerary and always reminding me of the time and keeping cool. The team was professional in handling situations, there was last minute changes to the guest list. The team quick to resolve and everyone was given a seat.

As Salam , The Ballroom was the perfect place to have our daughter’s wedding. The staff that work there go out of their way to meet your every need, and are on top of everything. Food was amazing, service even better but nothing beats the ambiance of the place. Just wonderful in every way. All and all, my husband and I were very happy with this venue and we would recommend it to all those who are getting married.Thank you very much from Adilah & Family.

My nephew’s weeding. Your staff were wonderful. The food, oh my, the food! It was sensational! Gorgeous venue for an intimate COVID friendly reception! I actually welcome the safe management measures that were implemented and adhered to during the reception. The whole reception was perfect and absolutely gorgeous. ?

We chose to have our wedding at The Ballroom because of the very positive impression that was given when we first went there. Going to The Ballroom in the past for our friends' weddings assured me that food quality was never going to be an issue. Added with the transparent level of communication especially during these trying times, left us very reassured that the wedding would go smoothly In addition, the level of proactiveness shown by Zainal and Imran on the event day as a result of unforeseen circumstances was very reassuring. We felt taken care of and had little to worry about. Lastly, when we checked in with our guests if they kenyang, they said "kenyang mana mana pun boleh, kenyang di hati macam ni tak selalu". All in all, we would definitely encourage our peers to have their big day at The Ballroom, just so that we can come back to enjoy ourselves as a guest.

A very big thank you to The Ballroom team for helping us host our nikah + reception. The entire team was very professional, and they honoured their clients and contracts with the utmost respect. They guided us, the bride and groom, attended our needs throughout the entire event, and recommended us things in our best interest, especially since they are well experienced. Everyone I've asked loved the food. It was so delicious that even me, being allergic to prawns, makan the masala prawns. Only stopped eating it because I started reacting (my allergy is an itch only, don't worry, I am still well alhamdulillah). Absolutely recommend The Ballroom not to stop serving their bubur pulut hitam with ice cream-it's a hit! We also hired the DJ/emcee (Mas Imran) that was attached to The Ballroom. His service is excellent. He made himself known to us (bride and groom) at the start of the day so that there was easy communication. He is also attentive when we had any last-minute change of plans. I would definitely recommend others to hire him for his impeccable service. Overall, I've really enjoyed having my wedding there.

Grand yet Elegant interior, by far, The Best Wedding Fine-Dining served especially the marvellous Appetiser Mutton Soup, hot hot Putu Piring live station, Mutton Dhum Briyani, Easy to Eat half-peeled fresh Prawns as addon also has The Ballroom logo bag which nicely packed the food that catered for guests who unable to come due to limited covid no. of pax restrictions, Wheelchair Friendly,has Prayer Room and Very Accommodating Services - nothing more we could ask for ?????????

The Ballroom has an elegant design which caught my eye. Not only that it has an indoor toilet which is easier for guests to access as it is all in the vicinity, but the toilet is also wheelchair friendly. It also has a prayer room for guests to pray. The pricing wise is also affordable. Overall I think the Ballroom is an amazing venue and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The part I loved most about the Ballroom was the food as I think it was delicious. The roasted leg of lamb that I choose was amazing as it was well cooked. The dessert was also delicious, I'm satisfied with my choice of choosing the Ballroom!
