the attitude of the uncle is extremely "great". Luckily he didnt have what I'm looking for. Actually, I wont buy from him even if he did sell what i need. I rather travel a thousand miles than to visit this shop.

Visited the shop and made appointment with owner to bring down the bike 2 days later. On the day the shop wasn't opened at 12pm. Waited and called but no answer. Sent sms and no reply. Waited about 50 minutes and I gave up. Another customer was also waiting at that time. That's my experience.

The uncle there sometimes had a bit of attitude, but the bike shop had a convenient location and a wide range of products. Fairly enjoyable experience.

Lousy and arrogant service. The service staff arrogantly asked me to leave my bike and come back in 2 hours’ time. When I came back, I was made to wait for 10 minutes before he told me to come back later as the bike had not been serviced. I thanked him for his lack of service and rode to another repair shop where I was treated better as a customer.

The attitude of the boss really seems to owe him millions. If you are so rich, don't open a store and don't affect the market! Before doing business, please fix your attitude before repairing the bicycle! GBU.Amen...

The owner is a friendly man who makes you feel welcome even if you are just there to ask for advice. I bought a second hand bike from him but the effort and care he took to bring back the bike to life is heart warming. The experience i got at his shop was magnificent and i give him ten thumb up for his knowledge and warm heartedness. The best bike shop i have been to in my 45 years on this earth.

Total waste of time, he maybe affordable and a nice guy. But like many others have mentioned he is all over the place. Agreed to do a few simple fixes on a road bike - Agreed on a week timeline. Followed up, nothing - then managed to speak to him And he asked what needed to be done on the bike again, like he’d just forgotten. and told me he’ll get back to me in a few days. Another week went by and further chasing until I managed to get a hold of him and said it had been 2 weeks. He advised me to pick up the bike “time was tight” and wasn’t happy at my tone. When I picked it up he made me feel like I was the problem when he failed to delivery on his timelines, amended them, then failed again and ignored me for days. Went to somewhere else who did the bike and did the job in no time. He’s a nice person but just unable to manage his workload and time. Shame because he did a half decent job fixing my hybrid but I won’t go back to him. And I recommended people to go to him. Wouldn’t do that again.

Delighted to find this shop online so I can tell everyone how, a few years ago, when he was just starting up, the owner (ET) cheated and lied to me. He persuaded me to 'upgrade' my old Panaracer tyres, which were old, but still working. When I agreed and went to pick up the bike, I asked for the old tyres to take away and he looked really surprised, said he'd 'thrown them out' and the garbage man had already taken them. He said he 'knew' the garbage man and would get them back, which he eventually did, though I thought his behaviour was very odd. A day or two later, I went out for a ride on my bike, after pumping the tyres up to the recommended pressure (about 55psi on tyres rated for 40-65 psi) and the sidewalls blew out! Complete failure as I was riding along - luckily I was testing and wasn't injured. That's when the trouble started. When I asked him for a refund for the tyres, he was extremely rude and accused me of over-inflating the tyres (I didn't) and told me that 'no-one' inflates them that high (I checked with 3 other bike shops in Singapore and they all said to go with the range recommended by the manufacturer). He outright refused to refund my money. Then I found out he had an online shop on one of the popular used goods trading websites. It seems that he sells used parts obtained from his customers, swapping them out with cheaper/ inferior parts, and makes a profit. I'm sure that's what he intended to do with my brand-name tyres (still in pretty good shape, though old). His refusal to consider a refund and the accusation that the tyre failure was my fault made my mind up. I'm glad he's been found out. Avoid unless you want grief, deception and a huge hassle.
