Rodalink Jurong East - Singapore

I was shopping there an hour ago. Somehow I couldn't register my new membership so cashier and staff went all out to help. Even emailing to Admin so I will not lose the points and discount. I appreciate the dedicated service they rendered without hesitation speaks a lot for this establishment. Thank you guys! See you again, soon.

A big thanks to CT for helping to fix my bike brake on 8th April. He efficiently inspected and got it back to very decent working condition despite no stock of pads. He tested and briefed me so I know how to look out for further deterioration. Amazing expertise and professionalism!

Nice collection with good staff. Dave was really helpful and helped shortlisted the right bike for my wife and also with the child seat on my cycle. Would recommend to visit before making a purchase decision.

Used to be a loyal customer at rodalink commonwealth in the past, however there is a male staff at the cashier counter who is very arrogant and look down on people when being asked questions about stock availability or service available. The person will tell me like you can learn online to fix yourself when i am actually paying for the service. When the commonwealth outlet was closed and happened to meet the same person at rodalink Jurong east at the cashier too while asking about parts availability, again I am disappointed about his service and boast about new parts only when my bike is only 1year, feel like being look down upon

Bought a new Polygon Strattos S8 from Rodalink. Sales person Mr.Eric was very helpful in explaining about differences between various models. Patiently answered all my questions. I am happy with the bicycle purchased and service provided by Rodalink.

Bought a zeta 2 online, the bike handled wierd on the first ride. Brought my bike to Rodalink at Jurong East to have it checked. Eric the store manager handled the matter professionally and took the time to look into my bike's defect. It was later discovered to be defective. I have since gotten a replacement unit and I'm super satisfied. Eric, thanks for taking time to explain the issues of the bike to me and I would like to commend your professionalism and sincerity. Also the online support from Claudia, Caecil and Dessy was nothing short of fantastic. Thanks alot. I'll definitely recommend Rodalink to my friends.

Recommend to all. Tks Ben & their in house mechanic, as i'm changing tyre (AV4) with Marathon plus n they sell it at a very reasonable price. While I at it, as i cant remove the gold carrier blk, they simply trouble shoot it for me. Although they r not Foldies bike shop but the guys r very willing to help. ?????

Overall solid positive experience from Rodalink Jurong East and all its staff. Special mention to Vincent, Ray, their technicians and part-timers for their patience and time in answering all my questions and overall awesome service delivery. Went to their store to purchase a Xtrada 5 (2022) and paid a small deposit fee, was informed to collect it 5 days later after assembly (date provided) which is very fast compared to other bike shops. On the date of collection i wanted to upgrade my wheels which their technicians were very skillful and helpful in being able to do so on the spot (greatly appreciated). Overall a very wholesome experience as compared to other bike shops that I’ve visited. For those who have been in the sales / service delivery industry would understand the ‘variety’ of customers that store employees have to deal with. Therefore, have a little faith and treat others how you want to be treated. Also, they do answer their hotline but its not expected for them to pick-up all the time due to the sheer number of calls that they receive everyday regarding small to big queries – so do have some patience on that. To all the staff at Rodalink Jurong East, keep up the good work and I’ll definitely return as a customer in future ??
