β β β β β The shop guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought Shimano brakepads and he helped me fix with minimal service charge. Even cut away excess wire and install the safety tip, considerate initiative which I really appreciate. I'll definitely comeback here in future! Keep it up CC ?

During CNY, I cycled with my doggo and one of my pedal just dropped off in the middle of cycling..
The next day I made call to Cyclecare and luckily Eddie open his shop today.
The crankset has to change with one left pedal.. I concerned if there is no spare set in his shop but soon after he found the second hand stock (which better than what I have) and replace it within 20min.
Furthermore, when I asked him to help adjustment of receiver , he immediately helped and made a perfect adjustment for my bike.
He also taught me one kindness tip how to change gear while cycling.
It was lucky day..that he got some time for me to know all these.
I can tell..
Eddie is super professional!
