L	LIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condo. Also on wrong side of the road. When coming back from Orchard, have to make a U turn and the queue is really long. Also have to cross the main Bukit Timah road to get to King Albert Park MRT unlike the condos on the other side of the road. So like I said, wrong side of the road

M	Melanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo is old but has charming character rarely found in newer buildings. Lovely neighbourhood and peaceful garden atmosphere. Lots of beautiful foliage and flowers. It is next to the bust stop, MRT, and grocery store making it very convenient. The neighbours, groundskeepers, security, and management are all friendly too. The only thing I don’t like is the weekly intoxicating mosquito fogging, but apparently that is pretty normal all over Singapore.
