★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of facilities at Casa Esperanza. It is located along Bukit Timah Road. For MGS girls, this is a convenient place as it is next to MGS. However, because it is near MGS, sometimes it may be a bit noisy but you have a 2 minute walk to MGS and a 2 minute walk to King Albert Park Station.
This place has lots of carpark lots that are under a shade but not underground. I do not know if there are wherlchair parking lots.
This is a relatively safe area as visitors have to go through a secuirity check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Rail and Green corridor (a quiet and quiescent natural area on the old Singapore-Malayan Peninsula railway line), Casa Esperanza is centrally located with many facilities (tennis courts, BBQ, gym, function room, swimming pool, lap pool); all above ground parking.
Easily accessible, it is popular with many young children and families from nearby schools such as, Methodist Girls School, Nanyang Girls High, Raffles Girls Primary School, Nanyang Primary, Pei Hwa Primary due to a popular early childhood and music centre within its premise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo conveniently located opposite King Albert MRT n opposite Sime Dharby Centre. MGS within walking distance n 10 mins away from Bt Timah plaza n hawker centre.

1)There were few occasion whereby someone will use tissue to press the lift and instead of throwing away, just left it on the railing.
2) Tenants are allow only 1 carpark lot after having to submit whatever documents they asked. Be prepared they will ask for more than necessary. For tenant with 2 cars, you will have no choice but to park outside the condo. Again, be prepare someone from the condo will call LTA to issue a summon. They are unfriendly towards tenants and visitors.
3) There was a big fire outbreak and there were no reason given to residents or tenants. We were concerned on the safety of the building as it’s already 30yrs old. But no reason we’re given. The MCST is only asking from you but you will never get answer when you want something. Very disappointed with this selfish condo. The worst condo I have ever came across. Good luck for families who are looking to move in.
