I am Trying to get I touch with the the shop via the phone but not being able to. I have left the mascara at the shop. Can someone pls call back. Same name

I was there on 2nd Oct at around 2.45pm. I visited the shop with the intention of buying a perfume product but I was met with such a rude staff that I just walked out. I was looking for the Sakura strawberry edition perfume but I don’t think it’s in stock anymore. So I decided to find another alternative. I grabbed a bottle and took off the cap to smell the light fragrance that would emit a faint smell. I did not press the pump whatsoever. One of your staff approached me asking that if I want a better smell I can ask her for the tester but I felt I didn’t need one because the bottle was already emitting such a strong fragrance. What I forgot to remember was that because of this Covid-19 situation, you may have implemented a stricter policy to which is my mistake. I didn’t realise about this detail until after a few hours but when the young lady approached me, she was more worried I’d open a product that hadn’t been used. After she realised that, she stopped and waited patiently to assist me. It was the older lady that was disgustingly rude that made me not want to come back to the shop anymore. How she approached me to address the situation was disappointing. I don’t know if she mistook me for a secondary school student or a polytechnic student but regardless she was utterly rude. She approached me saying “Hello. You cannot open the bottle. You want you ask us.” When I told her what I was doing she replied “Ya still the same thing.” She pointed to a notice I didn’t even know was there and continued “you cannot see the sign is it? I can charge you for doing that.” I was appalled by how she spoke to me that I just stared at her in utter shock, placed the perfume back onto the shelve, and walked off angry. I don’t know why she thought she could address me in that manner. I’d like to presume you’d at least train your staff to handle situations calmly and affectively in a much more polite manner. I also emailed your company regarding this issue but there was no reply for almost a week so hence, I’m making a review here. Please train them accordingly. I will not visit that outlet again.

Hi, I was just here today on 27/12, around 8pm and I want to second what Kimberly below has said about the older lady being exceedingly rude. Today my little sister tried to sniff a perfume with her mask on because she wanted to buy one. The older lady said that we couldn't sniff it at all and gave no alternative. It wasn't what she said but how she said it. If we cannot smell the perfume how to know which one to purchase? She didn't even give us a sample on a piece of paper. I walked out of the shop immediately. Looks like this shop does not want any customers at all since we cannot even try the fragrances. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Served by Hui Sin today - excellent service provided. Was keen in sharing her product knowledge when my friend and I had some doubts. She was friendly and was very thoughtful in providing tea tree samples instead when I told her I was allergic to the British rose body butter? such a genuine person & was sad to know that she was working alone in the store today. Nonetheless, she provided excellent service!
