Shout out to Shahira for attending while the rest just killing time staring out. Great and very personal service was given. She had customers surrounding her.

Most product are out of stock and dont even bother to make it nice or clean up the area to make it “customer friendly” only approach customer by judging on customers appearance. Worst store ever. My wife favourite outlets are Westgate and ion because they never approached customers judging by appearance and friendly

Approached a staff to help with shade matching a foundation. She didnt even help, walked away to give a card to a lady. No eye contact at all. Helped others but not me. Always brought a friend to help out everytime I go there but I was alone and no one helped when I asked for help. Will travel to the next nearest sephora instead for shade help, other than that i will come back to get items that dont need assistance because the only good people are the cashiers.

Great service experience! I was looking for a particular brand of men's fragrance which unfortunately wasn't in stock at this outlet, but the lady who served me suggested for me to try other fragrances in a polite, non-pushy manner. When I mentioned that I was looking for something more citrus smelling, she was very upfront that she wasn't too sure which ones they might be and immediately asked for a more experienced colleague to assist me. The other shop assistant was also extremely helpful and made several good recommendations which I'm still considering whether to get, and she also offered tips on how to properly use the various types of fragrances they have available :)) Really impressed by the fact that neither of them tried to push any product, and also thumbs up to the first shop assistant for not trying to act as a know-it-all which I had encountered at other shops before. Too bad didn't get their names because their hair covered their name tags

Mainly the most annoying thing was the Atome staff standing pointlessly in store. I asked if she was Sephora staff and she paused for 5 seconds before replying me. I don’t know why she was so ‘blur’. Store seemed messy with boxes because they were restocking or something, and staff were unattentive. Had to wait quite long for the cashier even though I was next in line. I think the staff were pretty rowdy as well because I heard some noise from the cashier area when I entered. Overall it was a bad environment to shop in.

Bought this two facial cleanser. Is really better than buying from online the quality is so much different.

super excellent service from adeline and caden, they helped me get my mother's day gift for my grandma! adeline was so professional in helping me get the swatches and shade matching done. even though some shades weren't in stock, she was able to recommend according to skin type and which shade would be better etc which was so helpful. really satisfied with my purchase and thank you to the friendly staff! ☺️☺️

Agree with the other reviews about “lofty and all mighty” sales assistants at the store. Encountered Weenie at the branch this evening who acted as mentioned above. The sales assistant stationed at rare beauty behaved the same. Why would I need such customer service when online does better. What’s their value in the store Sephora?
