★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is this store even operating, I'll never understand. My mozzarella sticks were raw/uncooked in the middle and burnt on the tips. Surely something as simple as that can't be hard to do? Shocked how this was even sent out without any quality checks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible pizza place. One of the worst services I ever encountered.
Just a warning, if you have a party DO NOT order from here. I ordered pizzas from here, and was told waiting time would be about 1.5 hours. Waited for 2 hours, and called them. Was told "Eh sorry, just got your order. Paiseh".
Then I said fine, when is the fastest you can send. Reply was: "Sorry, I don't know about driver. Can you come and take it yourself?" I was like no that's why I ordered a home delivery pizza.
Then the staff said "Sorry we only make pizza, not sure about the driver. No driver, cannot send." I could go on, but you can see that the staff have absolutely no manners and do not care about fulfilling your order at all.
If you are ordering it just for a home meal and don't mind waiting or getting cancelled, please go ahead but be warned they can spoil your party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting pizza joint that offers takeaways only. Understand that The Boss Pizza aims to run a business model that is requires low man power. The Boss Pizza @ Yio Chu Kang had been operating for about a year. Shop front is really small and not meant for dining in. Serves as a counter and kitchen for taking orders for takeaways or delivery. Staff attending the store was really friendly and engaging. Was polite and open to share about his experiences in F&B. Tried the Signature Boss Pizza. Pizza was on thin crust and tasted alright. Might be a little big for one person. The Salted Egg Sauce base was a little disappointing as it was rather blended and creamy. Other toppings on the pizza were ham slices, calamari (sotong) bits, and some onions. Generally an okay dining experience.

Pros: Quick delivery, cheap price (guess that reflected in quality) and decent packaging. Thin crust though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Eatigo, managed to try the Boss Pizza from this humble pizza delivery place at Kovan, surprised that there are Mala and Tomyam flavoured Pizzas waiting for me to explore.
In the end, we picked the salted egg yolk flavour which was pretty decent!
Would definitely try other cool flavours soon!
