★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to the clinic with an appointment. Waited 45min and no updates, asked the nurse and said they haven't receive our report - cld have told us earlier for sth to be done. Waited another 45min and still no updates, nurse avoided eye contact and appeared unhappy, also refuse to let us change appt. Have to leave because of other commitment. Cld really improve the service timing and attitude.
