★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Services rendered by The Store Manager by the name of Leon? Attentive and give suggestions base on the customer needs.
My shirt measurement was taken accurately, allowing me to wear comfortably without worrying. He later on provided prompt update on the collection. Would highly reccomend Boggi and Leon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My compliments to Leon - he really makes a difference as he provides personalised service. First, he offered to bring a smaller size of the blazer I tried from warehouse and followed up with a text to me when it arrived.
He is really very knowledgeable and knows the range of merchandise inside out. He is also friendly, giving valuable advice.
He really makes shopping at Boggi a great experience. Needless to say, I bought the blazer and something else he recommends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shirts, but they probably need to improve their service standards to live up to the Boggi name. I've been here a couple of times and like it, but today wasn't great.
1. Left waiting for 10-15 minutes with no one attending (we got slighted twice with the staff telling us they will get back to us, and nobody even tried to direct us in the right direction)
2. The gentleman at the cashier was just about to charge me a wrong bill, until the person beside me noticed that the bill was wrong. He then unwrapped the gift bag - and it seems that the price tags were not removed from the gift bag.
3. The gentleman at the cashier mentioned that one of the shirts were on promo, but they actually were not a promo. We are ok paying the standard price, but I believe he should have corrected this understanding before the bill was rendered.
4. The receipts are denominated in EUR when we are paying in SGD.
5. I probably felt like I was buying Old Chang Kee.
The store was definitely busy, but the hallmark of a good brand is doing well when things are busy. Hope they do better! :)
