Decided to give it a shot and it was the best decision of my life. Dr Bentley is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to get to know me individually and don't just go straight into resolving whatever muscle or joint issues I had. Instead he takes the time to explain the science and mechanics of the causes and provides really insightful feedback for a long term fix. Dr Bentley even diligently does weekly follow ups which I feel is a really great personal touch to connect with the patient. I highly recommend hitting The Chiro Lab up if you require a quick fix or like me, have been putting off whatever pain or discomfort in your body. The entire experience is extremely safe and comfortable! I'll definitely be back too for a monthly or bi-monthly review.

He listened patiently to my previous treatment experience, symptoms encountered … etc . He was keen to fully understand my bodily issues, medical history and life habits before deciding upon and rendering bespoke treatment that was tailored to my needs. His treatment was safe, effective and helpful in my recovery. Unlike some other chiropractors who are keen to simply ‘crack’ your spine, Bentley incorporated physiotherapy, exercises and manual therapy, which proved to be exactly what was needed for me to recover and feel better. Dr Bentley was very attentive and spent a lot of time explaining to help him to understand the pain before performing Chiro adjustment. And also shown him how to strengthen his core muscles in the future for his sport. While it will takes some time for his recovery, he felt more confident and comfortable with his recovery after the first session.

More than just going for a typical chiro adjustment, he took the time to explain and helped me better understand the pain that I was experiencing, which gave me much more assurance on my entire recovery process! As I approached Bentley with about 3-4 weeks left before a beach volleyball competition I had, he worked closely with me within the limitations of time to get me back to as close as 100% as possible, which I really appreciate. Location was easy to get to as well!
