★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have a coffee and slice of cake while taking a break from shopping. The chairs are comfortable and the place pleasant. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staffs as the tables are not cleared fast enough and there are many people waiting for the tables to be cleared. Overall a nice place to hang out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here at ard 3 30pm (not peak hour), there were no queue and i ordered my drink. I stood there for 30 MINUTES for my drink. I had to literally approach the staff aft that to ask for my drink. They stared at me blankly and started to make my drink (which she took like 3 mins to do that).
i would appreciate if the staff could give a heads up if they need more time (and mayb give an estimate time). so that we can take a seat or smth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever customer service. Order by Grab to go initially but later found seat (due to the long waiting time) and decided to drink here instead. But got chased away by the service personnel rudely, she dont even intend to listen to explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love about coffee bean compared to Starbucks is they offer $1 discount for bringing your own mug and no additional cost for other milk alternatives as well as their tea latte tasted much better. The many times I been here, the staffs here has been friendly and good service. It's nice place to chill and enjoy your drinks.

Customer service not even 1 star or lower
Ordered 10:50 and order is still not ready u til 11:15 as staff is not serving very slow
There are three staffs but no one is willing to take care of shop table clean or provide services but just using phone and relaxing around
Maybe they get well paid for this area for not working well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An open space Coffee Bean located in IMM. Spacious and sufficient seating. They offer cake, coffee, tea and non caffeine drinks. They also offer special drinks during occasions such as peppermint mocha during Christmas season. On top of this you can purchase tumblers and mugs too. Due to current covid situation, the cafe is abiding strictly to the safe distancing rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Outlet situated in IMM building. Sits approximately 60pax. Place is spacious with ceiling that extends to second level of the mall. Was here in the weekday afternoon for coffee. Place was not crowded and service was fast. Nitro cold brew with vanilla bean was too sweet (ask for reduced sugar if you are not a sweet tooth), Morrocan Mint Tea latte was very mild.
