β β β β β Food and drink average. Understaff, dishes left on table no one to clean. Cashier too busy to attend to you, just walk away to prepare food after taking the customerβs order who is in front of me.
The outlet located at 4th floor, usually crowded on Saturday morning as there are a free enrichment classes in the same floor, parents bringing kids for breakfast before class.

β β β β β Staff are super non-chalant and tardy. 3 staff stood there and joking away while 3 tables (including mine) were left uncleared. I had to signal to them to clear the table. Even got a staff wearing the uniform sitting there, watching his ipad.

Nice ambience to catch up with friends and colleagues. Helpful service staffs who came to inform us in view there isnβt enough fishball, so they changed to better liaos for us. ??

β β β β β Ordered my lunch here through Grabfood today at 12.53pm. Self collected the food at the store located at Westgate Level 3 around 1.15pm and have my lunch at 1.20pm. However, the food was found cold which is not cooked at all, itβs feel like just out from the fridge! I took back the food to the store and the manager was telling me that itβs cold because I took very long to collect the food?! I can even felt the cold from the bottom of the container :β) she asked the kitchen to help me to reheat abit (????? Why canβt she just admit that they send an uncooked food to customer? And the reheated food not even feel hot!!!!

β β β β β Decided to try out Fun Toast here at Westgate for a coffee break having tried the other coffee franchises - also for its availability of seats.
The cashier was friendly, greeting customers, saying her thanks and apologising for any waits. Drinks were great though not the best, and prices are affordable and quite on par with the rest of the other franchises.
Only feedback is to devise a solution to clean the tables, since the tray returns by customers would eventually lead to dirty tables all around from either bread crumbs or coffee stains.
