Cheaply cemented sole shoes at a price close to blake stitched soles. Mine didn't last as long and even after re-sole, still bad. Upper leather used not as good as C.Haan but probably from the same sweat shop. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing is they have reduced merchandising display making the shop more spacious and pleasant to browse. Not so good is that bargains are gone. Prices are normal (higher by a lot) but they do offer newer models.
However the allure or factory outlet pricing is gone - and along with it the motivation to buy.
But the sales staffs now seemed more eloquent and competent

Comfortable fit, good design, nice leather, and most importantly, light weight. They have good selections of sandals, too. A bit too expensive for me, but with a discount, I think its acceptable price range.
It has shoe care products, too.
Do recommend to be very choosy on how your feet fit in those shoes. I tried at least 3 different sizes, walk around, and move my toes to really make sure of the fit. Slight discomfort, I told the staff that despite her insistence that its a good fit, I asked for different size. It was lucky that I found a fitting pair of leather shoes.
