★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheddar is a regular at CC River Valley , so trying out the new outlet at Punggol is a natural decision .. place is so new and convenient and easy to find ! Most importantly , the service is always as excellent ! My corgi came back clean and fluffy and she enjoyed the pampering session . The packages are interchangeable at either locations so that’s great ! We got her some new treats too. Great place to bring your dog for grooming with peace of mind that they are well taken care of !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my toy poodle for a spa session at the outlet at Northshore and came back all fluffy and clean!! I also had many enquires on the services they provide and 1 of the staff Pearlyn was very helpful and patient in replying all my enquires. Amazing spa session and very good service level! Will definitely be bringing her back for more sessions! Thumbs up to the Northshore team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pearlyn was super helpful when I was booking some sessions for my furbabies. Her replies were fast, she's really easy to talk to and very friendly! One of my furbabies is a Japanese Spitz and she is typically very aggressive with groomers (most of the time I need to get 2 groomers to handle her) but the groomers here manage to handle her ... without muzzle!! Very amazed! I signed a package with them, gave me a goodie bag, 10 sessions of free teeth cleaning, very satisfied - would be good if I could share the package amongst my dogs and top up the difference for the bigger one tho ?
