★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was still as good and it brought back good memories from many years ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the old uncle at the entrance and the manager. The table arrangements are spacious (probably due to the 1 metre apart Covid-19 requirement) but it tends to be full during lunchtime. I would suggest looking into the possibilities of adding more tables outside the restaurant or find a way to increase the tables without compromising on the safety distancing rules. Overall, a clean and nice place to enjoy fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue was about 5 family long when I visited on the weekend dinner time. It wasn't that long to wait though. The burger and hot dog were good. The waffle is the one I love the most. But it was best when it is hot and cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Fast service. Been a long time since I had a&w. Waffles were crisp and nice. Signage can be clearer so that people are aware where to q.
It's a new place so the crowd is manageable. Parking can be a bit confusing as the mall has no parking so, got to park at the nearby HDB and for North shore 2, it's an underground carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers and fries were pretty standard, fried chicken was surprisingly good. Star of the show is still the root beer float, taste consistent with the ones I had overseas!
Special shout-out to the elderly uncle manning the entrance because he was very hospitable and took initiative to assist me with the kiosk. Very CS oriented for this particular outlet! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google Maps had been showing this place as super crowded even when it was not! So glad I headed down today when though Maps said it was over crowded - there was no queue even at 5pm. Tasty food prepared freshly and friendly staff, I'll be glad to return.
Just remember the collection point for drinks is separate from the food - you can collect your drinks immediately after ordering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing not so much on food as tastes are standard. Giving credit to the team here, polite, efficient.... especially their queue management, it really didn't took us long comparing to many other fast food outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The root beer float is still decilious. The hotdog wasn't what I remembered it to be back in the 70s. And as for the waffles, I've had better ones from another American fast food joint. However, the counter service was fast and efficient. Appreciate that a lot.
