★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fluffy and cloud like texture. Price to paid for long queue and above average pricing . Waiting time varies. Selection is wide , however it's stocks for hot favourite run out fast. It's wholly depending on which end of the queue you are in when they start selling. For those who do not know where to start , I suggest their 20SGD assortment box of 4 half rolls . Daily random 4 rolls inside. The gimmick is in its cream . Some comes with fruits , other cheese filling. The rolls are good but not out of this world. I tasted better and for less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The famous Swiss roll shop in Jewel is normally long queue or out of stock. Nevertheless, there is no queue and 4 flavours are available on a random weekday night after dinner. Perhaps it’s because the surge of COVID case recently. The Chocolate Swiss roll is fantastic, it’s soft, moist, but not too sweet. Ok to pay $12 for it, (the price increase a lot compare to last year) But I still won’t queue for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Swiss roll cake is a must try. My wife loves the durian Swiss roll while my son prefers chocolate. Their cakes is soft and just the right degree of sweetness.
Usually, when I pass by their Jewel branch, there is always a long queue. If there isn't, it normally means they have sold out. The queue forms before 12:30 pm (opening time). If they run out, you will have to wait till 3:30 pm for their next delivery to the Jewel branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s usually a long queue and so never bought it to try until the day when I spotted just a few people in line. Bought the box of mini rolls at $20 to try different flavours. The cake texture is light and yet satisfying. Coupled with light cream and flavouring/fruit rolled into the cake, makes it a very nice dessert. I like the mango flavour. Lady serving me was nice and explained that the cake needs to be refrigerated and can keep for 2-3 days. If want to keep longer better to put in freezer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t know about this place, and I didn’t think it’ll be any good.
I was so wrong. Their rolls are spongey, light, yet flavourful. Their cream does not feel cloy on the palate. Everything comes together very well
I paired this with some Osmanthus Chamomile Tea, and it was fantastic. Worth the money and trip down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rich & Good cake is a popular Swiss roll cake shop located in Changi Jewel. The shop is always out of stock for the mini rolls. Probably only 5-10 sold per day. The regular one has abundant of stock on weekday. But on weekend it get sold out really fast.
Personally have tried the following flavours: durian, strawberry, chocolate, Kaya, red velvet. Durian is not real durian purée, it is more of durian gel and it does not taste nice.
Strawberry is more of cream strawberry but the taste isn’t that fantastic. Chocolate is definitely recommended as it is rich and very nice to eat. Kaya is amazing so this is my top list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swiss rolls at Rich and Good are yummy but the cakes have become more expensive over the years, now priced at $12 a box. I particularly enjoy the chocolate, kaya and mango swiss rolls.
The cashier needs more help to maintain the queuing system better. If the queue is extended below the escalator, she has to honour those waiting there.
The other patrons who queued tonight not only did not honour the queue, but also upon being alerted that they had cut the queue carried on to cut the queue, much to the incredulous cashier.
Nonetheless, upon giving this feedback to her personally, she made a good service recovery. She admitted the systemic issue and extended a heartfelt apology.
The management of the company should consider helping their staff in this systemic process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Tried kaya by far the best. Red velvet n strawberries tad average.
I managed to buy 3 rolls of cakes this afternoon. They do carry ample stocks today. 2kaya rolls plus 1 strawberries roll. There wasn’t a queue on a weekday. Come early to avoid getting disappointed plus payment is only via nets or Amex. Staff was courteous updated myself on the delivery schedules twice each day. Not to be missed in Jewel ! Sold out everyday ?
