I love my dentist. Dr. Lee is so patient, soft spoken and caring. I have been anxious in the past when going to the dentist. When I go to see him I’m calm. I just close my eyes and before I know it we are done. He talks me through whatever dental work I need. The staff is very professional too. I’m very pleased with the service I get.

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY is the best word to describe. First time visiting Alijunied branch for a normal teeth cleaning and is attend by Dr Danielle Yang Qilu. She told me that the filling in my tooth has worn off and advised me to fill it up, she pointed a total of 3-4 tooth that need to be done. I agreed to it because i saw the price list outside the clinc that stated it $30-$50 per tooth. After 30 mins of filling and cleaning my teeth, I went to the counter to pay the bill. To my shocking, The bill was $1075.35.. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Who will expected that a session of teeth cleaning and filling will cost $1075.35 in a neighbourhood clinc. This is Super ridiculous! We had confronted the doctor ( who is hiding in the room at first), Dr Danielle yang told me that 11 tooth had been done and used all their medical term to explained to me or another ways to explained and even told me that she can write off the bill, PROVIDED THAT I LET HER DRILL OFF THE FILLING IN MY TOOTH. What is that?? is she a doctor by saying this. I will Surely file a claim toward MOH for her code and conduct and ethics and to small claim for the over charges. No one will pay $1075.35 just for teeth cleaning and filling in a neighbourhood clinc. Dental doctor like to use the way of explaining and inject the highest fee that a patient need to pay. Lastly, it is like IMPOSSIBLE to fill up 11 tooth together with polishing & cleaning plus consulation in short 30 min time.

Had my wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Lee Ning Han today. It was a surprising pleasant experience. Dr Lee was extremely assuring, and the whole process was quick and painless. Really recommend getting your dental services here. Thank you! ??

The worst dental experience so far! I was served by Dr Yam. 2 mins into the treatment (scaling and polishing), both she and her assistant left me alone to attend to something. Nothing was told to me prior to their departure and I was left waiting in the treatment room alone. I asked 'What's happening?' The Dental Assistant replied with 'Just wait ah'. No further explanation. Nothing. When both of them returned, there was no mention of a courtesy apology by either of them. Dr Yam just continued treating me. And 5 mins later, the receptionist came to the treatment room, and asked something to the Dental Assistant. Dr Yam told her Assistant to attend to that query. She left, and Dr Yam was handling both the suction device and the cleaning device on her own. Now this caused all the liquid matter to splatter on my whole face, neck and dress. My dress neckline was completely soaked. I can vouch that this has never happened in any of my treatments in any other dental clinics. I say this with conviction as a regular dentist visitor The Assistant returned almost when the treatment was over. I was rudely jerked up by the automatic seat without any warning. Now, this did cause me a mild jerking discomfort. When I was in a seated position, the Dental Assistant told me to rinse my mouth, but the cup at the sink was empty. I had to ask her to fill it while having some waste matter in my mouth. The worst was when I was given a mirror to check my teeth. There were some stains on my wisdom teeth. I asked Dr Yam about them and she said these were 'permanent pit stains which cannot be removed at all'. That was very shocking to me. I told her this was the 1st time I'm hearing this from a dentist. All the time I go for scaling and polishing, I've never heard such comments before, neither have I left the Dentist with such stains (I'm a non smoker, just to give some context to my dismay). Dr Yam defended by saying that she has never heard this from any other patient before. She told me she can try to clean it again and do her best. I initially was apprehensive as she made me lose faith in her professional assessment and service. But she said she would do her best this time, to which I questioned her about not doing her best in the 1st round of service. She insisted to re-clean and I obliged. I mean. Come on. I was paying about $130, for this service and the last I wanted to do, was to walk away with a half-baked service. She cleaned my teeth again and this time, there were no stains! How is this possible now I asked her. No reply. Just "I tried my best". I adjourned to another treatment where I had to get a teeth scan for braces. Thankfully this service will not be rendered by this clinic. I would definitely not want to return here again. In any case, I shared my feedback with Dr Yam at the end of the both services. And as expected, I was greeted and reciprocated with nonchalance. No apologies. No acknowledgment. Nothing. How ridiculous is this! I do not usually post such feedback but this was very necessary to preempt consumers of such horrid professional service.

Please do not visit this dental clinic at all! Dentist screwed up my root canal teeth and ran away, when asked to do compensation on the visits done during this treatment, the director of this clinic said That the dentist must have done me wrong so that they can refund me. When complaining about this issue, The director can tell me the employee is just a “contractor” of the clinic, he’s not permanent there, he just sign the contract and work there, he’s not an employee, what nonsense is this. The amount of time, money(close to 2k) wasted there and in the end I still have to go to a specialist clinic referred by them, not even subsidised, to spend another 2k there to fix an issue caused by them. This is the whole story 3. On the 22nd July of 2021, i went to examine my tooth at smile central dental clinic after being in pain for a few days. X-ray was done by Dr Jeff and apparently there was an infection in the teeth and i was given a few suggestions such as root canal, removal of teeth..etc I went ahead with the root canal suggestion and continued with the procedure done by Dr Jeff. He recommended me with the porcelein tooth for the crowning. As the events followed, the whole process was finished and done on 27th August 2021. on September 4th, the temporary crown came off and i alerted Dr Jeff through social media, instagram, if i did not remember wrongly i went to the clinic on 6th of September to fix it. on 24th october, i decided to went back to the clinic due to some sharp pain, and xray was done and nothing was found so i'm given some antibiotics for suspected gum infection, i felt better after a few days. The pain came back again after a few weeks and the crown dropped out while i was flossing my teeth at night on 18th Jan. Few days later, i went back with the same pain issue on the root canal teeth and the loose tooth. Dr jeff wasn't able to identify the problem despite a few xrays. Then, he told me to observe and come back few weeks later to see if the pain is still there. Then, in between when i am trying to book an appointment, i was told that Dr Jeff was covid positive and stopped working at the clinic. After much hassle, i went to the clinic on 16th february and another dentist examine for me to say that there was a re-infection on the same tooth, and that there were actually 4-5 canals but Dr Jeff only managed to realize 2 canals and fixed it, therefore the excruciating pain, and there is a pimple on my gum and that could cost the pain too. They recommend me to Twin city endodontics clinic with Dr Soo as only specialist will be able to do a surgery on re-infection. The dentist told me that smile central clinic will proceed with the refund of the root canal and related cost. I left the clinic and checked with Dr Soo clinic on their prices and they said roughly 1.9k w/o GST. So i head down to the smile central clinic once again to get all my receipts and x-rays for smile central to do a refund. I also filled up a form with the amount i needed to claim, i included the estimate cost of the re-surgery as i felt that if it wasn't a mistake or negligence by Dr Jeff, i would have saved time and money on the surgery, as re-infection surgery fees won't be subsidized. Also, I feel that if the clinic is going to refer specialist clin, the list they can do for their patient is get a subsidized rate. During the period before i head down to get the refund form , it was a hassle too as the backend wasn't as efficient and i had to called daily to check on the progress. Therefore, i felt that if Dr Jeff had realized the issue earlier, i could have saved alot of trip and time down to smile central clinic and instead went on to the specialist. I demand Smile central dental to pay the full amount of the money for the re-surgery, which is going to happen on 28th March.

Trying this out for the first time after my favourite dentist is no longer at Q&M. Went here for regular scaling & polishing and was handled by Dr. Lee Ning Han. Overall experience was HORRENDOUS. Dr Lee mentioned that my teeth are kinda dirty, full with tartar, yet manages to complete the entire scaling and polishing within 10minutes (new guinness world record I guess..?). During scaling, felt a sharp pain on the upper left and asked the dentist about it. Dr Lee explained very vaguely that there was a hole on my wisdom tooth, and he was trying hard to clean it, thus the pain. Lo and behold, for this very vague explanation, he charges me $20 for consultation fee ? (Maybe because I rejected his upsell of the $30 fluoride treatment hehehehe) During payment, receptionist trying to upsell again by automatically charging 2 little bottles of Listerine for $10 into your invoice, and only tell you about it AFTER payment has been made. To be fair, they did offered a refund for it after questioning, but by then payment already gone thru and credit card was already charged. Too troublesome for refund, so I just accepted it. Btw, was also told that my gums are heavily swollen when asked, yet gums did not bleed even a little after scaling. But every single morning when I brush my teeth, my gums bleed like my wallet right now. All in all: - Teeth looks & feels exactly the same like before, after Dr. Lee's professional service - $139.10 down the drain - 10 minutes wasted - Let me go to another dentist for scaling & polishing again next week kthxbye

I had never written a review before, but Dr. Angela's service was so excellent that I felt compelled to do so. I brought my grandma to this clinic after a friend recommended it to me. I was a little apprehensive to visit this clinic because some of the reviews were not very positive, but I chose to trust my friend and scheduled an appointment. We saw Dr. Angela, and I'd say she's the friendliest dentist we've seen so far, my grandma was apprehensive at first, but Dr. Angela put her at ease immediately. She was very attentive and thorough in discussing the various options for my grandmother, as well as the fees associated with each one. She was very patient and thorough in describing the many alternatives for my grandmother, as well as the fees associated with those options, everything was presented to us in great detail. My grandmother received her denture and is really pleased with it. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Angela, especially if you are afraid of dentists.

I had a friend with me and we both got different dentist. My friend’s dentist was so quick like I haven’t warm my seat, and already done scaling lol and cost 100$, consultation 20$ which he didn’t ask question, 10$ for bottle of mouthwash which was deemed to be “medicated” and different from listerine ? My dentist was okay at least she tried to clean her best. But still up sell the fluoride 30$ which I didn’t know and it’s my first time there. I rinsed 10 minutes later because it’s sucks. Attached my teeth condition which she said I needed braces…… I’m like…. You judge yourself if I needed ? ? FYI I did my braces 6 years ago. Picture says it all though ? she didn’t charge me for consultation though but the fluoride… oh wells.. gave 3 star because my dentist was trying her best to clean which I felt it. I go to a lot of dentist so I know who gave effort.
