Do not know how to communicate estimated waiting times to patients and will make patients wait for hours blindly.

I would to give thumbs up to Dr Vivien for her professionalism on dental care. She was meticulous and placed the patients' interests at heart. It is heartening to find a neighborhood clinic, which the prices are reasonable and the level of service exceeding expectations. I would certainly come back again and would recommend to my family and friends.

The admin at the counter had difficulties with basic common sense. I arrived at 2.05pm for my session at 2pm. However, she said that the dentist would see me after the patient who was scheduled at 2.30pm. That didn't made any sense at all. Furthermore, the patient at 1.30 or 1.45pm had overshot their session all the way to 2.30pm. It was only because I argued my way through did they let me go in at 2.30pm. Absolutely horrible service and lack of common sense plus they charge pretty expensive for a neighborhood clinic. Do not bother, try somewhere else instead! Dentist wasn't professional as well and didn't do much in my first visit but charged a consultation fee without letting me know that it will be charged. Don't bother visiting. A waste of time and money. Go somewhere else. Replying to the reply below: "However you expected the dentist to be waiting for you and wanted to be seen immediately. The receptionist told you that there will be a short wait as the 3.30pm patient had already arrived. You were unhappy and raised your voice at our staff." This is untrue. I did not expect the dentist to be waiting for me. What lies! The receptionist told me exactly what I wrote above. That I had to wait for a patient who was clearly behind my int he queue. I raised my voice because it was an absolutely ridiculous situation. Would you have waited till 3pm for your appointment at 2pm? You can try to say that the dentist was professional, but the fact remains that I am the customer and in my experience, it was poor. Feel free to deny it, but I am leaving it as it is.

Have been a patient for a number of years. Reasonably priced for excellent service with state of the art equipment. Dentist is knowledgeable and experienced and explains things clearly such as what needs to be done. Clinic is always busy so would recommend making an appointment beforehand and arriving earlier. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My first time visiting the clinic this morning. And the dentist was Dr Vivien and I really appreciate her assurance and cheerful disposition in putting me at ease. I have always feared visiting a dentist but am glad I found a good dentist and she does not call for x-rays or hardsell on other services unnecessarily. She just get into the job professionally. Prices are reasonable and rest assured I will be a returning customer. Another point to add; the clinic assistants are important as I had actually called another dental clinic but I withdraw my appointment because the clinic assistant at the other clinic was rude. Thanks again,Dr Viven for making my future trips less daunting! Highly recommended!

Caring and professional dentists here at Aljunied Dental Surgery who are meticulous and skilled. I've been coming here for the past 20 years - braces, wisdom tooth surgery, regular scaling - and always feel that I am in good hands. My young daughters love Dr Wang as she is especially great with young children. Even though it was her first visit, my 2 year old loved wearing the pink shades, sitting in the pink dentist chair and gurgling her mouth with the special pink drink. Do make your appointments early and be punctual if you do not wish to wait.
