★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted to Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital due heart complications. Dr Kelvin Wong is my cardiologist during my hospitalise admission. He is caring and giving extra effort checking on my conditions everyday without a miss. He takes his time to listen and explained my conditions very clearly after all necessary examination was done. Thank you Dr Wong.

Dr Tan Svenszeat attended to me at the ED ward after knowing my symptoms he decide to do a CT Scan the next day, resulting a more than 50% blockage of the artery and very quickly he arrange a transfer to mount Elizabeth Hospital for angiogram and angioplasty procedure.Angiogram shown 90%blokage OMG ! I told him do what is needed I trust and believe in you. Thank you.Dr Tan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never come across a doctor as patronizing as Dr. Tan Kok Soon (Orchard Heart Specialist Clinic).
He does not listen well, because he is impatient. And because he is impatient, he does not bother to reply you adequately. One word to describe his attitude - CONDESCENDING.
Even a simple doctor's medical letter take >8 working days to prepare (currently still waiting for it). They had previously claimed they would prepare and send it to my primary doctor within 2-3 work days. Dr. Tan's clinic cited this as reason for delay: "oh because dr. tan has to give instructions in audio recordings, then nurses write them out, that's why delay".
Would you accept such situation if this was you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Tan Kok Soon very professional doctor who very carefully and care to his patient. My mother have an irregular heartbeat and Dr.Tan the one who taking care of her till she passed away 2 years ago.
Dr.Tan never gave her un necessary medicine as Dr.Tan also cares to her kidney and her blood sugar as mom have diabetic.
Since the first we know Dr.Tan Kok Soon, we really happy and very trust him.
Dr.Tan Kok Soon nurse also very helpfull to us, so when i really need something, i can get it very fast.
Thank you Dr.Tan Kok Soon and all the nurse and staff for taking care my mother till she going back to heaven..
