A very disinterested doctor who finally provided no real answers to my skin issue. Won’t recommend

An overpriced doctor who provides no real solution. Accutane prescriptions are overpriced, you can get cheaper at family clinics. Prescribed me some topical treatments for another skin issue But it became much more inflamed and worse. Wanted to go back to solve my inflammation issue. But he’s just so ex and pretty sure won’t provide a solution TLDR: This guy charges an exorbitant amount. Doesn’t solve skin issue. A bit cocky

Visited Dr Lee for my acne and he managed to treat it. My skin has improved remarkably since. His receptionist, Grace, is very friendly and helpful!

My dad went to Doctor Lee to solve his skin problem that have been troubling him for months. After many consultations from different skin and TCM doctors, the problem was never solved and in fact gotten worse. After a thorough and detail checking and questioning from the doctor, he gave a very precise explanation what was my father's problem and give him a prescription of cream and oral medicine. Just after 3 days his skin condition (Palmoplantar pustulosis) improved tremendously and on the road to healing fully. Hope this clears up some of the bad reviews submitted by others. His medication and consultation might not be so affordable to some but being able to solve the problem is a great relief no matter how much is the cost.

Visited Dr Lee & communicated few times for my wife's skin problems,Dr Lee showed his professional & skills with listening & explanation in details during the session,and follow up through emails promptly. His receptionist Ms Grace Lai was friendly,helpful & attentiveness. Appreciate the services provided.

I consulted Doctor Lee about my skin issue and he accurately diagnosed my utricaria condition. The rashes on my skin subsided almost completely upon the first prescription of the medication. The staff was also courteous and polite even when I was a few minutes late for my appointment.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by another specialist when I showed signs of skin issues. My experience with Dr. Lee has been very positive-- he took the time to fully understand my problem and background, and thoroughly examined my skin. He further broke down his diagnosis to ensure that I understood what was happening, and advised me on how to take better care of my skin condition. His interest and passion for his speciality is very evident from the number of medical books in his office on skin issues, as well as in the way he converses with his patients. The specialist that referred me even said that Dr. Lee is someone with "encyclopaedic knowledge" in his area of speciality. As a patient, Dr. Lee made me feel very assured and safe. Even though his clinic might not have been the most recently renovated, it is functional and welcoming. His staff is also patient, kind, and polite. Overall, Dr. Lee genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time to understand his patients' concerns. He doesn't overcharge for his expertise and I sincerely had a pleasant experience at his clinic. I am grateful that with the treatment Dr. Lee prescribed, my skin condition has become much more manageable.

I never encounter any doctor who objects to fill in the insurance claim form for his/ her patient and demand the patient to pay the fee just for him to fill in a simple insurance claim form. I have given him my insurance claim form since the 1st day I met him. The forms was kept by him and never be returned to me unless I chased him several times . He treated a simple insurance claim form the same as a complex doctor medical report . Therefore you are asked to pay $100 per form just for him to fill in the doctor’s section of the claim form, otherwise he will return a blank form to you. His admin was lousy, but he does not want to admit his mistakes. He did not fill in the form with the correct dates. But he was unhappy when I told him that the dates was not correct. The reception is not helpful at all too .
