V	Victor Chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing Dr. James. is probably one of the best experience I've had with an eye doctor. Very friendly, thorough and professional through out the whole process including the explanations. The only gripe I have is that the clinic only accepts cash, which is quite a bummer for this day and age.
b	bobby shmurda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doctor was extremely rude to my parents, claimed I was adopted due to a supposed hereditary allergic reaction that both my parents did not have. I had problems with my left eye for 7 years and he misdiagnosed it as a "dirty eye" and "allergic reaction". I had found out later from my optometrist that i actually had 3 holes in my eye due to blunt trauma and it had been infected on and off for the 7 years. Misdiagnosis and bad customer service. This was an old doctor, Dr James is a different one.

He was professional, approachable and clear in his explanations to help us understand our conditions better. He addressed our concerns and was helpful in his advice. Excellent service rendered by staff and doctor. Overall had a pleasant experience!
L	Loi Hai poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr Cheah Way Mun for an eye infection on 31 march. Dr Cheah is one of the most rude doctor i have come across. He never listen to the patient and was extremely rude and arrogant. I will strongly suggest that patient avoid seeing him. Hp
P	Paige S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment with Dr Cheah Way Mum and he was rude, dismissive and condescending. He is sarcastic when he replies, impatient and shush his patient, saying the patient was not very smart when trying to explain the eye condition. He also makes unkind remarks about having pets at home. A search on the internet shows that he has had several negative reviews about his attitude as a doctor. He diagnosed the eye condition as an allergy... which turned out to be actually an eye cornea errosion when a second opinion was seeked at another eye clinic.
B	B B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. 3 visits in less than 2 months can cannot resolve my eye pain problem. Dr James prescribed Tobradex(steroid) which I used for nearly a month(daily) doesn't help my pain. I seek for 2nd opinion from another eye specialist(another clinic) and was warn to stop using Tobradex for so many days die to risk of side effects! I took their different eyedrops and seems some improvement. I see some reviews look fake as reviewers only post 1x(looks like newly created accounts)

M	Marnie Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23/5 It was a terrible experience with Dr Cheah W M.He seriously need to brush up on his interaction and communication skills with his patients.He does not listen,arrogant, and impatient!!! Simple explanation to your customers about their eye condition is very important,, and he didn't do it either. I waited for many hours and paid expensive fees for my son's treatment. Whereas for you, doctor, is it so difficult to be kind and friendly. 26/5Requested to change doctor for the next follow up and WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE it made!!!Even my 5 yrs old son commented that "this doctor is very nice"Dr James is so kind ,and his explanation was simple and concise .He doesn't only communicate well but listens carefully.He is a fantastic doctor who treats his patients with kindness.Thank you Dr James for putting a smile on our faces.
