★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Didn’t even completed the test as the doctor is rushing off and my 9yrs girl feel very pressure due to everyone is rushing and pushing her reading screen. Reached at 5.20 for appt 5.30. Registration and basic test took another 45mins. Put drop with less then 20mins was ask to check the degree. Staff is chasing and hurrying just because doc leaving at 6.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the clinic to check the consulting fee as I have not been there for a 3 yrs. The staff was very inpatient when I ask to repeat the fee again. Dr Liew, are you sure your staff's bad attitude can be acceptable?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to make appointment slot before heading over. The receptionist lady is rude with no flexibility at all. Didn't even want to check with doctor on the possible appointment time.
If you are the Doctor / business owner who see this, you need to re-train your receptionist before chasing away more client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic staff were very nice, kind and accomodating. Called to fix a last minute appointment on a Satuday and they managed to squeeze me in after hearing my condition. Waiting time was long but i guess its expected on a weekend and that too for last min case. The doctor was very reassuring and made me feel extremely comfortable. Fee was very reasonable- I'd say the most reasonable doct fee I paid in recent times. Very pleased hence I'd highly recommend this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended this clinic by my auntie. She did warn me that the queue might be long. I went and it was a 10/10 experience. The usual eye checks were done. No doubt it took a little longer but it all made sense when I went in to see Dr Liew. She took the time to explain what happened to my eye and how I can care for my eyes. She offered me solutions and was really friendly and kind. I was worried that the longer I sat there the higher it would cost me but no. The cost was the same as the previous visit to another doctor where I was in and out in 5 mins and no detailed explanations etc was given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Monday afternoon for routine eye screening. Appointment at 2pm, reached at 1.40pm and there were already 7 patients Infront of me despite clinic only open at 2pm....
Left clinic at 3.45pm.
Registration, eye pressure and visions check, put dilating drops, see doctor, did OCT scan, then see doctor again, finally do payment....
Total spent of 2 hours there which is normal.
As usual the staffs & doctor are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an appointment in the morning . Everything was done smooth and swift. Waited for roughly 2hour before seeing the doctor. During the 2 hr wait, different types of eye check was done.
Dr Liew is patient in listening to my concern and also had small conversation. Super friendly and nice doctor. I would highly recommend it. The wait is worthy. Fee is affordable too.
