No hard sell, she asked all the right qns and did the necessary tests to pin point the cause my issues, provided me with all the facts and options, and ordered the required treatments which turned out to be very effective. The treatment Dr Cheryl suggested has worked wonders. No more dry eyes and no more strained eyes. The treatment is painless and relaxing. She immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. She has a very clear philosophy of eyecare and is not just a doctor pushing for procedures to be done. All the scans and checks were done in a very systemic manner, barely any wait time by professional staff. All costs were also explained to me very clearly from the beginning and there was no push or pressure to get the procedure done. Overall, it was a satisfying and assuring experience at the clinic.

She understood my life style requirements more than other eye surgeons and did not make me do a brain MRI as suggested by other eye surgeon. She is also the only one who advise me properly regarding my child's eye condition. My only regret is that it took me too long to find her!
