β β β β β Dr Lam always explain very detail on the causes. He also examine very indepth especially when I informed about my conditions. The charges he give are always reasonable.

β β β β β The only doctor I can trust to recover from my sickness. Whenever the clinic is close for a week, I have no choice but to visit the other clinics along the same stretch and area.
My bill at this clinic with anti-biotics is always $44 to $60 max for flu and sore throat/fever.
Once because Dr Lam Clinic was closed for a week and I was down with a really bad flu and blocked nose, I went to a clinic at Blk 829 the doctor bill with anti-biotics and nasal spray came up to $170.
My friends whom i recommend to the Clinic also love the way Dr Lam explains illnesses to them and what to look out for. If you stay in the area, this is a clinic you should visit.
Very thankful for Dr Lam.

β β β β β My family doctor since young. Really attentive and detail during consultation. Explains and inspects patiently and thoroughly. High work ethics. Receptionists may not be as friendly due to the large amounts of people that come and visit Dr Lam. A smile and some small talk will help you get better aervice

β β β β β Dotor Lam is a very precise, detailed and sincere doctor. If I could, I would rate a 5 star rating.
But my 1 star rating goes to the bespectacled curly grey haired receptionist. She is exceptionally rude! I would not have even given a star but I had to give a rating in order to write a review. It is really surprising she can still keep her job here given that her attitude sucks like a leech!

The place seems like some 80s clinic, gives you a haunted feel. Walls seats and facilities needs cleaning.
Next, Enter the doctor. What an absolute nonsense person, agitated. Not willing to take any explanation super rude way of talking. I don't know what I did to deserve this kind of insulting treatment.
What a rude person to deal with, please save yourself the humiliation of going to this cursed place. Skip this place at all costs.
Disrespectful ppl, clumsy doctor. HECK

β β β β β My family doctor of 30 years. Dr Lam is great personally, very gentle and patient.
The dispensary ladies and receptionist are totally opposite, I guess good help are hard to come by these days.
PS: just visited the medical center again. The receptionist and dispensary ladies' attitudes are much improved.

β β β β β The family is abit under weather due to lack of proper rest. Always detailed, after asking specifically on the type of discomfort experienced, when it started etc..Dr Lam proceeds to check for possible mozzie bites on arms and legs to rule out dengue.
No frills, no high cost. Just a very ethical doctor who is always so detailed with his diagnosis and tries his best to educate his patients. If thereβs anyone I need to trust - only Dr Lam. Thank you!

β β β β β My husband suffered a deep gash at his elbow area on Saturday night. We only got to see Dr Lam the next morning. Typical of him, Dr Lam cautioned about possible infection, cleaned the wound up, studied it carefully before executing 3 neat stitches on the wound. He also prescribed a tetanus jab and antibiotics, 1st making sure my husband is not allergic to the meds. He educated us on the possible side effects of the injection and advised that we return to the clinic should the wound get wet.
Today is day 10 - the day stitches are due to be removed. And what a relief it was to see how beautifully the wound has closed up. I donβt suppose stitching wounds is something GPS do regularly. Nevertheless we had faith in Dr Lam; whatever he does, he does it well. And he sure did a great job!
