★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanised parking system constructed by Oxley Holdings Limited is terrible. We couldn’t retrieve our cars (3 couples are waiting here to retrieve our cars) despite keying in our passwords. Called the service hotline, one number is not in used, another number was only picked up by a man after calling serveral times, saying that he will be down in 5 mins. However nobody appeared and I received another call saying their technician will arrive in 25 mins’ time cause their office is in Geylang. In the end, we waited almost an hour to retrieve the car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned and take note: this place known as ‘the Flow’ across Hotel Indigo in Katong charges over S$44 for 2.5 hrs carpark if you collect car after 10pm. There is no signage at entrance to clarify or show this charge. Only sign was place in small fonts above the view from the passenger seats window and sign was placed after u enter building and has already scan your cash card and gone into the carpark. This sign is easy to miss, and especially hard for anyone to notice especially the driver. Please inform all your friends to avoid this place if they need parking in Katong.
Avoid this carpark at all cost, unless u want to be rip off after 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous car-lift parking system. System didn't retrieve my car even after I keyed in my password and I had to wait 45mins for the technician to come down from his house. Good thing that my car didn't stay past 10pm as there's a $40 per entry charge after 10pm. Simply outrageous.

Went there for the value-for-money Dai-ichi Fishmart japanese food, as well as the famous Jin Yu Man Tang desserts shop.
