Worked with Balli and Jay while recovering from an MCL tear from October to December this year. The staff at BFIT are all really great. I really appreciated the reminders that the admin staff sent out before appointments as well :) I felt entirely safe during my time at BFIT-- Balli always explained the rationale behind his treatment + recovery programme. Jay was really friendly and knew his stuff! He made rehab really fun, while also ensuring that I was being safe the entire time (ie not experiencing any pain bc of my injury). I learnt a lot through him as well; he was very clear about the purpose of each exercise and how it would help me especially when I get back to exercising regularly. The sessions were all sufficiently challenging as well, and I've definitely gotten stronger.

I’ve been training with Shafiq for over a month now and I have no regrets at all. From the outset, he took the time to understand my goals and concerns, and there was no hard selling or pressure to sign on with the gym. Shafiq is an extremely patient and encouraging trainer and he definitely knows what he’s doing. Before starting the sessions I had some knee and ankle issues and I was worried about whether my injuries would flare up once I started gymming. Under Shafiq’s careful guidance, not only have my knee and ankle pains stopped completely, but I am now able to return to intense activities like running without experiencing pain. I also like that he incorporated health and fitness into my life sustainably without going to extremes, so that it’s realistic and easier to achieve my goals. A huge thanks to Shafiq for his patience and dedication!

I've been working with Kai at BFit for 18 months and, as well as making me laugh during every session, he has also built up my strength and fitness with his expertise. He is sensitive and understanding towards the medical conditions I have that make it difficult for me to work out in the way I used to. Despite these medical conditions, Kai has totally transformed my fitness and has left me feeling strong and confident. I've also seen Balli for physio on my hypermobile ankles. He is amazing and fixed me up over a few weeks. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming and it feels like a second home. Highly recommend for physio and training needs.

What I thought would be few sessions of physiotherapy with Balli has converted to weekly strength training sessions with Kai, to not only provide a temporary solution for my back pain but focus on improving my overall fitness levels. For a person who has not taken exercise seriously, its a big achievement to be so committed to fitness and actually enjoy the process. Everyone at Bfit are so professional and friendly but what stands out is Kai’s training abilities. Under his focused supervision, I feel safe pushing myself at getting better with my mobility and strength in every session. Kai is now reviewing my diet - love that the training is holistic. Thank you Kai for being an amazing guide and look forward to your continued advise in achieving my fitness goals!

Had a sports specific(football) HIIT session with coach Jay. It was my first time experiencing a HIIT session which was catered to my own sport. I felt it was relevant as I was performing football specific exercises which will help me in my game! It was an extremely fun session! After the session coach Jay told me what I could work more on and that he would come up with an assessment report of my performance from the session, which i received the next few days! That was really helpful as now i know which fitness aspects I can work on to improve my football performance! Kudos to Coach Jay and BFit team! Will come back for more!

Review for Jay - coach/Trainer: I started training with Jay in August 2021 due to long-standing pain and injuries. I am pleased to say that over just 12 weeks (2 to 3 sessions per week) my overall fitness improved massively. This has had a positive knock-on effect concerning my general energy levels, mood, sleep pattern, and eating habits. What’s more, it’s that I didn’t think I’d get to that point, and so quickly. Jay was aware that I use to be very active and enjoy playing sports (and would like to continue) so he focused on training to work towards helping me achieve those goals. Jay gives direct, straightforward feedback, and is encouraging. My workout and routines are targeted to my personal goals and physical abilities; each session is fun, fresh, and challenging. It also helps that I get to control my playlist ? during my session. Love working out to my favourite jams. As well as giving feedback, I can see that Jay also wants to improve his training and takes on feedback from me and implements it accordingly. I see and feel the progress I have made and look forward to how much more I will develop throughout my fitness. Thank you, Jay.

BFIT was recommended to me by my insurance agent's client last year after my slipped disc surgery. Initially I was seeing Balli for my post surgery treatments. He was very detailed in his explanations of what was done during every session. My back got better after about 2 months of sessions with Balli. After that, Trainer Kai was assigned to me for the strengthening phase of my recovery. Kai is also very attentive ,knowledgeable and most of all easy to talk to which is important to me as I find it much easy to voice out any minor little things that bothered me during the sessions. He even sometimes sends me videos and articles on exercises that I can do at home at my own personal time. I am currently still seeing Balli and Kai but for my post knee surgery. Overall,I'm very happy and glad that my agent recommended me BFIT. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a physio and trainer for post surgery recovery.
