โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service today! I have ordered 4 bottles of ningxia red and 3 bottles of Inner Defense. I do understand the concept of recycling. However, I have bought so many stuffs. Shouldnt Young Living at least inform the customer via email to get ready the recyclable bags before heading to self collect if there is a case when no bags will be provided? This have caused great inconvenience for the customers. I will expect the office to review the customer service from here to think more from the customer perspective.

Rather pricey but it is supposed to be pure oils.
Good for those who uses these oils to aid their healthy lifestyle.
The place is located in the 5th floor of 111 Somerset. You'd have to take the lift up.
The place uses a queue number system but make sure you list out the things you want to buy first before taking a number. The queue moves rather fast so you may be caught off guard when your number is called.

Service is prompt n organised with pre order forms etc. Counter service with intercom ensures orderly, efficient n speedy purchases. Prices are fair if one joins as a member. Relaxed surroundings (tables/chairs available) to select oneโs choices be it personal or health or nutrition or home care. Accessories like diffusers also available - very pleasant place to shop for ones essential oils ?
