Visited the parkway branch a couple of times, yet we have not met a sales person who could assist us with our queries, until we met Anny. She has been very patient in listening to our needs and introduced us to a variety of brands so we could choose a watch which best suited our preferences. She did not focus on recommending the brands in trend, rather she focused on finding a watch that would best suit what we wanted. With her friendly and sincere demeanor, we quickly connected like old friends and in the end purchased 2 beautiful timepieces that we have been eyeing for a long time, even though we did not have any intentions of purchasing at that point in time. Her knowledgeable and non pushy style really impressed and surprised us.

Hazel assisted us on our search for matching couple watches. It took us a few months to look and decide between different models but Hazel was ever so patient and informative whenever we met with her. She answered our endless questions and was wonderful to chat with. Her cheerful and approachable personality made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for providing us with a lovely experience! I was looking at watches at an Hourglass boutique in Parkway Parade last July and I was served by this lady by the name of Anny who was very approachable, professional, and friendly. I left the boutique with a beautiful red bezel Tudor timepiece. She took time to adjust the bracelet to ensure the size fits to make sure I wear it on well. The conversation that we had made the visit made the place feeling like meeting a friend to catch up rather than a transaction per se. Anny shared with me that starting a watch journey with Hour Glass important to be allocated a piece that I desire. Previously, I had bought watches from different sales personnel at different Hour Glass boutique and whenever I checked with them on the Rolex professional model allocation. The reply from them was always the same “it is hard to get or the wait to be allocated your desired timepiece now is long”, despite buying timepieces from them. When I posed Anny the same question on the watch allocation, she told me that she would check and would let me know if I am allocated. On the New Year of 2022, I was greeted with a call from Anny that I was finally allocated a professional Rolex model. I was immensely impressed with Anny’s way of walking the talk and making the effort to get me an allocation and my watch journey with Hour Glass was realized to be very worth it. Starting the watch collection journey with Hour Glass coupled with the right sales personnel like Anny is very important. This is definitely not my last transaction with Hourglass nor my last time buying timepieces from Anny. This may just be a new beginning to acquire more timepieces whenever the opportunity arises. I will definitely introduce more friends and family members to buy from Hour Glass and of course from Anny. Hour Glass has scored themselves a valuable asset in their Parkway Parade boutique. First of all, I would like to thanks Linda for her assistance and service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to recommend a few watches and I finally decided on the first Rolex watch for my girlfriend. I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Linda if you ever decide to get a watch from them. With Linda, my journey with The Hour Glass at Parkway Parade was very fantastic and impressive.

Wanted to build a journey with hour glass for quite some time, however other outlets always feel quite unwelcome. Until I walked into Parkway Parade outlet and I was served by Cathy. First impression is that Cathy is very welcoming, and impressed by her professionalism and humbleness! I walked out of the store with a beautiful bronze Tudor Black Bay and about 4 to 5 watches in my mind for my next few visits! Chatting with Cathy feel like chatting with a friend and she immediately knew the type of watches I'm looking out for and gave a lot of good recommendations! She went the extra mile, that is one thing for sure. I will be definitely be returning for my next purchase and recommend my friends!

We met Linda when we chanced upon The Hour Glass Parkway. Linda is a thoughtful and knowledgeable Sales Associate! She is patient with my wife and I, sharing the history and design of different brands, allowing us to appreciate each brand more. She also takes the time to understand what’s my preference and recommends a watch that suits me. I’m very happy with my first Rolex and during the day of purchase, Nicholas was of a great help too. He is patient in explaining how the links are adjusted, how to set the date and time and watch after care. Overall, a fantastic experience at The Hour Glass Parkway and looking forward to future purchases!

Recommended by a friend and Mr Ron assisted to find me an Omega small second that I am looking for. This is the first time that I am meeting Mr Ron, he is friendly, sincere and patience answering all my questions about the watches. Even offer to let me try out other Rolex model that I am interested. Overall , I had a great experience with Mr Ron and his team (another trainee that I forgot her name). Give them a big thumbs up! Definitely will look for Mr Ron for my next watch.
