We were supported in the discussions with Garmin service center and now all is working fine. I would definitely recommend the store for buying running watches. Thank you Emily for the help!

I live in South Africa and bought a gift for a Singapore resident. Emily did a stellar job answering multiple questions and accommodated ALL my requests. I am extremely grateful - impeccable communication (and pictures) throughout the process; beautifully wrapped gift with hand written note (both myself and the receiver appreciated this human touch); seamless delivery and just an overall incredible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss was very kind to expeditiously replenish my Garmin Fenix 7X SS for me within a very embarrassingly short notice.
The watch arrived perfect and Jackson was patient to walk thru the warranty registration for me. He even offer to help me setup my watch and pair with my phone. I declined due to time constrain.
I will definitely come back for more!
