★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very aggressive and insisted that we pay today when all my wife wanted was to ask about buying a cake for tomorrow. I’ve never seen such strong arm sales tactics in a bakery before. She got intimidated and paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionist. I called in to check if they are still open since neither their website and Facebook is being maintenined. She cuts me off before I can finish my inquiry, also when I asked if there are some lower calorie options she shuts me down by saying she doesn't know what I'm talking about and there are none. Very bad first impression for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just decorated our xmas log cake at Jurong Point branch. After so much dedication and efforts, we are delighted to bring the cake home. One young staff helped to pack our cake, and in the process she spoilt our decoration and messed up without being apologetic. She blamed on the height of the box. 1. The Company should review on the staff's attitude. You offer service for consumer to enjoy cake decoration as an experience but ur staff hired is impatient and rude enough to waste all our efforts. 2 The height of box should have more allowance.
3. The fruits used are totally not fresh.
Poor experience that spoilt our xmas day by the young lady. Attached pic taken before our cake was being messed up.

this was one of the best mango cakes ive ever had, i loved the mango cream at the top, it was the perfect amount of sweetness and there were mango bits between the layers of the cake, so so good and i felt it was really worth its price?
?? chocolate bombz cake ($6.70)
not really a big fan of chocolate , but i really loved how they designed each layer, the chocolate was actually rich in flavour, and it was a super moist cake,really one of the better chocolate cakes ive tasted?
