β β β β β Dr Billy is good and skilful when it comes to swab tests however waiting time can be quite long even though there are only a few patients. Probably because the nurses seem junior to me hence they take longer getting the medications ready/ registering patients etc. There was only 1 patient before me but yet I waited more than 30 mins to see dr.

β β β β β Went for my first consultation there this morning, the counter staff were friendly and helpful. And Dr Hardie was really good. He listened patiently to my hair loss problem and other health issues even though I was just there to seek help for my rapidly thinning hair. He looked at it from a holistic perspective, hormonal changes, stress, nutrition etc, instead of simply prescribing me with minoxidil like other doctors.
He also shared his views of how a medical practitioner should approach every health issue his patients have , and even learn and improve from them.
Well, this was my first consultation, hope that his treatment works.

β β β β β My first time here, arising from the mandatory need for swabbing as airport staff during this time. Very pleasantly surprised and touched by the warm hospitality of all staff of iClinic. My doctor actually thanked me for swabbing here when I told him that I couldnβt get a slot at RMG and said it was the right thing to do (to have come). He has administered more than 2k swabs thus far, and I guess itβs why the swab here was very truly fast and comfortable (no tears, no fears really!) and would highly recommend them! Nurses were very polite and they even wish you well before you leave. :)

β β β β β Came hear for my first swab/PCR and was greeted by friendly receptionists and nurses who provided reassurance throughout. Done in a couple minutes - all amazingly efficient. Could not recommend this clinic more :)

β β β β β Although it advertises as opening at 8.45am, the doctor only arrives at 9.30am. However, the waiting area is cosy, and more importantly, the reception ladies/medical assistants are absolutely lovely. Their customer skills, and fast processing of the patients in the queue led me to feel very at ease and not at all annoyed I had to wait. I was a drop-in patient, and once the doctor arrived, I was taken in immediately. Can't comment on the doctor as I was only there for a referral, so the actual consultation only took a minute!

1) Greeted with sour face. The face that shows βwhy did you come, give me more work?β - this kind of attitude, should not be in hospitality or services line
2) always low in stock
3) very slow
4) asked to use WhatsApps, but never reply
Donβt recommend to come here.

β β β β β Greatly appreciate the help of Alice from The IClinic. Needed a supervised ART urgently as the clinic that my sister book failed us. Managed to find this clinic through MOHβs list of approved clinics and Alice kindly extended the ART tele service for my sister. Really thankful for her service on a saturday where most clinics are closed or refused to accept further teleservice. Thank you Alice for going the extra mile and helping us out.
