The Infinity Hair Art (Far East Plaza) - 14 Scotts Road #05-81/82 Far East Plaza

INFINITY HAIR ART Facebook post for "C-curl at $98" triggered me to try their service last Sept. That was how I got to know this salon at Far East Plaza, Orchard. When I visited the salon, they corrected the price to $177 by differentiating between "cold" and "warm" perm for C-curl. As is often the case, after the service, they promoted an upsell package to me and I signed up for the $668 package as it looks like having great value. Today I visited the salon for rebonding. They recommended to me a new type of styling emphasizing that no use of chemical but generating the same effect. It costs me $220. I agreed to try that happily. After finishing the service, they asked me how would you like to pay? I answered, "I have my $668 cash there, please deduct the amount that I spent today." They said in that case, I have to deduct $98×3 sessions=$294, instead of $222, because the package you used today is not in the package you signed up for last Sept. What this Infinity Hair Salon was good at was closing the sales, without giving enough explanation to the customer how their over $668 package will work before the customer choose the service type and keep promoting a new package(sales) to the customers without clarifying to the customer that they cannot use the existing $668 cash paid already. I have the worst experience ever in this beautiful city today at INFINITY HAIR ART at Far East Plaza, Orchard.

Gimmy was very attentive to listen to my concerns and helped to savage a bad haircut i had from another salon. He was very patient to explain how he is going to cut my hair and why he is doing so and this had made me feel more at ease knowing that my hair is in good hands! Gimmy also recommended a good hair treatment and did the treatment for me personally, unlike other salons. My hair is now tangled free and free and looks much healthier than before. Would highly recommend Gimmy! Btw, his hair washing and massage is very good! Do try!

Today I went to do my hair at the Far East outlet. Had the scalp analysis first after which Kelvin Cheng patiently explained to me about my scalp condition. He even advise me on the type of shampoo to use and reason behind it. The rest of the staffs are very courteous, polite and friendly.Kelvin cut my hair was very nice and easy manage！Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this salon and will highly recommended to any other people as well. Thumbs up?！Thank you for the effort. 感恩❤️。??‍♀️

DO NOT GO!! I didnt catch the stylists name but i was served by 2 males. They are absolutely awful. I was attracted by the instagram package but it ended up being a 40 minutes hard sell session, they kept pestering me to upgrade to treatment package that was $100 over my budget. They refused to start the service , instead spending more time hard-selling me than the actual service. the hair cut was really subpar too, way too many layers on my already thin hair. AS I REITERATE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

hair stylists tracey were friendly and willing to share more hair knowledge with me as I have zero knowledge on my hair .they introduced their packages to me. initially I declined politely as I wasn't too keen. the good thing is they were not too pushy towards me too. but after I saw the outcome of my hair, I decided to get their packages willingly, because no matter what I still need to do my hair again next month!their services is really great.

Overall service is good and the package is value for money given the quality of hair product used. The hairstylist Tracy is patient, professional and customer-centric.

Decent experience - good thing is that in general my hair turned out fine. The bad part is inconsistent pricing. Prior to appointment I sent an image of the hair I want asking for a quote. But when I went into the shop there were a lot of reasons why the price was double of what was original quoted. Another good thing is the stylist was quite realistic with what he can/cannot achieve as my hair was originally damaged. However after I left I noticed that the bleached part was abit too far from the scalp and done in an awkward line. His intention was to not harm the scalp but it does look weird, can refer to photo.
