this is my first time here. i wanted dye my hair to grey and they did my hair so well. using a very good quality of dye hair colour . after i bleach my hair twice it not frizzy at all ! Btw my hairdresser is Derrick, he is so professional and friendly. overall a very good experience with them. great job and no hard selling product! definitely will introduce to my friends and coming back again :)

Reception is rude and instagram admin is not having any communication with the shop. Coloring and cut itself is okish. Do expect a certain amount of hard sales (not too much but there will be)

Fishing for business on Fave platform. Purchased a voucher on fave, was told to cancel the treatment voucher and get their rebonding treatment instead, as what the original voucher includes, does not straighten my hair. Staff from said shop claims that my last rebonding (3years ago) was deemed "too long ago" to be doing that treatment, cancelled my fave voucher for refund and got a haircut+ treatment voucher + topped extra $98 for rebonding of JUST THE FRINGE. other places charges below $50 but since I am already there and cant find time rest of the month I decided to go ahead, thinking I should pay for what I get. Staff is constantly distracted talking loudly and crudely with the other male and 1 female staff during the whole time servicing me. One blonde chap even asked me "dyou know how to get permanently straight hair?" While his colleague was applying treatment to my hair. I said "No" and he said to drink up the hair treatment and the hair will grow straight from within. All the staff then burst into laughter except me. Before they even finish applying the rebonding treatment cream on my hair, I have 2 staff frantically spraying water to try wash off my bangs and looked like part if my hair had broken off. I then asked if everything is ok they both say "Ya ya all is ok and normal" but I've done rebonding a few times and never experienced this before. ALL IN ALL I WENT HOME TO BROKEN AND FRIZZED UP FRIED HAIR THAT IS NOT EVEN STRAIGHT. Initially with the oil and blow drying, the damage wasn't so evident, until the following day.... For reference on the extent of damage, all my fringe prior to the visit to the salon is PAST my chin and jaw.... and it broke up to eye and brow level. Is your staff even trained to assess hair condition??? I did not pay to get my hair all BROKEN and frizzed up. Hair looked worse than ever... And guess what, a very reluctant refund was only given on the condition that I write in to Fave to have my review taken down. Dishonest business. Do not fall prey.

I'm also surprised at the bad reviews here after having a really great experience with the team there.my stylish is Wison. Half way got 6month I very busy at work,no time to find my stylish to do my hair so I just go nearby my house soloon to perm my hair，but the perm make my hair is damage ,thanks my stylish Wison to help me repair my hair back to health hair really thanks my lovely stylish i regular here 5years ago，totally is very good service at here ,so i will stay here to 5years,if Here the service and skill is bad , I won’t follow my hair stylish so long time,but the way I really love the service here at centro hair art (Far East plaza).all the stylist here is very professional and they will listen to what customer needs.stylist here really done what i need and they will know what my hair need.their professionalism is really incredible.trust me, their services are really great.???????

Last Sunday, I called to book an appointment for Wednesday 9th of February. He took all my details. However due to my internet connection was so bad I couldn’t retrieve my receipt ID #. Hence, I told him that I will call them back. But due to work, I completely forgot to call him back. I know it was my fault. But if you’re professional you should atleast give me a call for reconfirmation day before my booking. Hence, I call him the following day I called him. To my surprise, he canceled it without letting me know! Today I finally managed to give him my receipt # but he sounded unhappy when I tried to book and change to another date. Now, I decided to canceled my fave voucher and will not recommend to anyone to visit this salon due to poor service. Don’t forget, your service start when you’re on the phone. You’re very unwelcoming! Never encounter such service! If you can’t handle phone calls better quit your job. Sorry I forgot to get the name of the guy.

Fave Deal pricing is very attractive. Deal indicates as hair colouring but we only received root colouring service. Was told if coloured, will not reflect the colour! Did not expect this was cut by Senior hair stylist.

I did hair coloring and hair cut, it was really terrible. Pricing in store does not match what their Facebook promotes. The hair cut was not up to standard, it is really ugly. Told the stylist I wanted a darker hair Color like a ash black kind. The stylist did not gave me any menu or hair Color list to choose from. I am not sure is it because diff color has different price, he decided up on the Color. Will not be coming back again

Thinking of getting a haircut? Look at my haircut done by them and judge for yourself! Charged $30+ for such a haircut, I was so shocked at how bad the haircut was. The stylist seems uninterested and the haircut looks like it's done by a 5-year old. Haircuts should help me to feel more refreshed and "light" but I feel so sad (and ugly) because the stylist simply ruined my hair. Head there at your own risk.
