Each bite is bursting with balanced palm sugar gula melaka sweetness with enough salt to balance. The texture of the durian kuih ambon was good. I think this shop makes it less sweet to be healthier. The durian flavor could have been stronger for more oomph. The Golf ball sized Ondeh was generously filled with coconut. The skin is thin enough so that the Ondeh Ondeh was not too chewy. Easy to eat. Again on the "healthier" less sweet side. Recommended ???.

After some talking to the pretty lady boss , I came to know that they got their kuehs freshly make daily and using only the best ingredients for their traditional kuehs. For the good quality kueh, its definitely a value for money! Will definitely get more !

The filling is really good even though the skin is not the very thin sort I like. This pandan pulut hitam is very nice!! Love it loads. The layers are very well made and soft. And it’s not too sweet. The Kueh kosui which I only ate after a days in the fridge was still super soft like it was fresh! ❤️ 100% buying again and this time I’m going earlier! Only had these three items when I got there at 5pm.
C	Cynthia Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the 2nd floor, directly in front of the stairs. Small shop front but a decent variety of kuehs today just before noon. Decided to take 3 boxes for $11. Kueh Salat – kaya to glutinous rice ratio was not right, perhaps I got an off batch. Nonetheless, the kaya layer was smooth and not too sweet. Ondeh ondeh – literally burst in your mouth goodness. Skin a tad inconsistent, slightly thicker in some corners but hey, it’s handmade so no complains. Kueh Dadar – Not overly sweet and really fragrant! Overall, my parents really liked it and I don’t find them too sweet. Can’t really decide my favourite of the 3 because they were all good. Definitely worth a detour if you’re not too far. Will be back to try other items especially the savoury ones!

Multiple unique flavors and styles, quality ingredients. I have tried 6 different flavors over two visits - they offer 3 styles for $10 - all are nice enough to buy again. The black sesame coconut lapis in a modern artistic black and white stripes was fresh, as were the Japanese-style mochi coconut and peanut. Handsome and friendly staff will explain ingredients and how the hand making process works.
