Superb. My hairdresser was incredibly efficient and confident. Great haircut and beard trim, leaves you feeling amazing. Will be a regular here.

Will keep it short: avoid the junior barber. She isn't interested or vested in the process & it shows in the output. Hurried, lackluster approach with no real consideration of the requests of the person who is seeking the haircut. Disappointed even though seems like a very good place with great ratings - assuming that's for the other barbers. Perhaps more a case of not knowing better in asking for a specific barber.

My previous stylist moved to Kingsmen and I followed over as it is also close to my office. Unfortunately it was very cold and unpleasant service - all delivered in a big rush. I wasn’t impressed with the finishing at all. This will be my first and last time there.

Lovely place and service. The barbers are really good and are able to advise you on hair/ beard styles that are good for you.

Incident happened on the 09/06/2022 at about 7pm, me and my friend was resting at the resting area besides Kingsmen Grooming outlet, all of a sudden there was this Malay guy barber both arms full tattoos from Kingsmen looked through the transparent glass on me and my friend and he knocked his head “asking like what is it” also can be mistaken “you want to fight is it” and he kept starring at us for a long period of time, which me and my friend was clueless and know nothing about or what have we done to caused him to looked at us fiercely, after following this I decided to write an e-mail to the person-In-charge of the organization/company but, sadly and disappointedly I have never hear any of them to respond back to my email or even contact me. That shows their customer service is down to the max. I will not personally recommend anyone to have their haircut or any treatment from this outlet.

Got a cut from KS, a "master barber." Asked for something that he thought would look good, which promptly got abused as an excuse to make it cheap and fast. Haircut, massage, wash and all (an $80 package), took only 30 minutes. Hair was butchered, full of inconsistencies and poor cuts (part of my bangs are almost a quarter of the length of the rest). There was next to no communication throughout the entire process, and upon arriving my cut seemed like more of a chore than anything to them. My mask was full of hair after he tampered with it during the cut -- having to be replaced afterwards. Worst haircut I've ever had, while also being the biggest waste of money I've ever experienced. Don't waste $80 with this guy; it would be better suited in the garbage outside. You'd think for a price like that, they'd be more vested in the customer.

KS Guna was my stylist. Pure class. Best cutting experience for me. Even my son got his first gentleman hair cut. Definitely coming back here and recommend this place

I WAS KING FOR A EVENING Well Dev is absolutely fabulous and will leave no stone unturned to make sure that you are felt like a king. Pictures say it all. I had the honour and privilege to get below services from Dev : Kingsmen Experience : Shave / Facial / Wash / Massage / Head Spa Great place and great ambience and the feel is fantastic. The lady at the Reception was brilliant and the way she handled everything was fabulous. Men who want to be pampered and want to have a day for themselves and feel like a KING : You cannot miss this.
