Sam is a responsible interior designer who was able to deliver punctually during the Covid-19 times. He has an outstanding team of sub-contractors who were able to deliver quality work. Though there were certain challenges faced along the way, the entire process was generally smooth sailing. Recommend ?

Sam, our interior designer was very patient and brilliant in providing ideas on renovating our new home. We had a tight deadline and they had managed to exceed our expectations.

Without a doubt the best value for money during our home renovation was The Mind Design. Every step in the project from design to final walkthrough was stress-free and enjoyable thanks to the competence of Designer Di Sheng. His impeccable taste and knowledge of all things design was reassuring. When complications arose, Di Sheng dealt with them promptly and professionally. I'm happy and had a smooth experience and a great end result with Mind Design! My renovated condo has high quality finishes, a modern luxury feel, and do a perfect LOFT inside my house with no wasting my high ceiling space!! Had the loveliest experience working together with Sam. I am not paid or endorsed to do this, but Sam serves with his heart, and is extremely abundant in sharing his knowledge. He doesn't hard sell. No wonder he is in this industry for 10+ years. Consider yourself lucky if you get to work with Sam - very kind, patient (most important, most IDs are either fluffing you up, or have very bad attitude). He communicates with you timely (key factor) and goes THE EXTRA MILE to help you save cost. Really thumbs up for his spectacular service. I met Sam through cold market, if you're browsing through and doesn't have any referral to work with, this guy is who you're looking for. They say cold market is where most IDs "eat you up", I am certain you will have ease of mind with Sam. ZERO conflicts or bad blood. Called him down in less than 24hours notice and he came down (AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN CONFIRMED WITH HIM). Find me another ID who will do this for you. Superb!!!! House hacking in progress, fast, swift. Sam was the third ID I met during the selection process for the renovation of my apartment. I was impressed by his no nonsense and yet courteous approach to the discussion during our first meeting and I knew straight away he is the man for the project. When drawing up the design, Sam had been a good listener, he incorporated all my requirements and provided creative solution to area confined by space or structural constraint. The final design was beyond my expectation and it reflected the effort, thoroughness and creativity Sam put into his work. Renovation work was carried out in the midst of the pandemic. In spite of manpower shortage and logistical problem in the industry the project was completed on time and the quality was beyond reproach. His wide network of subcontractors which he can called upon at short notice was a big plus. Together with his experience and knowledge many site problems were expeditiously resolved. Throughout the renovation period, which can be challenging at times, Sam and I maintained a very good working relationship with many give and take along the way. The result is a beautiful and cosy apartment which I am proud to call home. Thank you Sam!
