After few rounds of discussion with Sylvia (at IMM branch), we decided on having Sylvia as our ID. Sylvia's concept/ design understanding was in line with ours and we were very comfortable in the exchange of ideas during the initial few meetings. Most importantly, her quotation was very detailed and coverage was very complete. During renovation, Sylvia’s coordination of her teams was very good. We need not worry about documentation/ permit applications, etc. Modifications and rectifications are bound to happen, yet Sylvia, with her team, worked together to resolve promptly. Sylvia also helped control our renovation budget, giving us adequate advice; also flexible in collaborating with some of our preferred vendors (eg smart switch vendor, glass door vendor, etc) and her coordination/ collaboration with them was very good. Throughout the entire project, Sylvia's response was very prompt, discussing via whatsapp/call even during weekends. Despite Covid conditions the renovation was completed on time. Kudos to Sylvia’s efforts! Professional, patient and responsible young lady ID. Highly recommended.

Not easy to be dealing with their own contractors who can be also demanding and in shortage. - Good quality materials used. - Willing to follow up on touch ups even after full payment settled.

We get to know Posh Living through a event for house renovation before Covid-19 and was thankful that we had kept Jeraldine's namecard. We decided to engage Posh Living for our new house renovation after a few hunts of interior design companies. One of the reason is their IDs Jeraldine and Philip. Jeraldine had given us the quotation fast after telling her our requirements. Also, the quotation is reasonable and I like Jeraldine's design and ideas. I liaise with Jeraldine throughout the whole renovation since my first call to her and she is very responsive and sincere. During the renovation period, my husband will also call Philip to check on certain things and he is very responsive too. During all the discussions, they were really patience, nice to talk with and willing to spend more time to explain to us for some of the things that we are unable to virtualise. Both of them will give us their valuable and practical advice which we find it helpful. They are professional, reliable, friendly, experienced and responsible. Their service and attitude is excellent. Jeraldine is always very willing to help and advise on all my enquiries. She always tried her very best effort to help us solve our issues even at times when the problem is not on their side. She will always help us on our requests whatever she can at her extra effort. Jeraldine's schedule planning is always on track other than the covid-19 situation worsen which is beyond their means. However they will always get the renovation to go on whenever is possible. They are very responsible and make sure all the works is going well and smooth. During this uncertain period of time, we are very grateful to them to help us to rush the renovation works in order to let us move in within our time schedule. Their carpenter workmanship is also good. We are really thankful to the both of them especially Jeraldine for designing our home to be a cosy and nice place to live in. We really love it. They give us a peace of mind throughout the whole renovation journey and also a fun and pleasant one as well. We highly recommend Jeraldine and Philip in all aspects.

Philip and Jeraldine are an awesome ID team. They have helped us achieve what we had in mind for our home reno. We got their contact via a mutual friend and thankfully so. Other IDs we contacted prior didnt give us the sense of confidence and assurance that these two have given us. They carefully listened to what we had in mind and also gave some really good suggestions and design ideas to suit our needs. My family and I would like to extend our most sincere appreciation to Ms Jeraldine Toh for the design and renovation work done. We would like to specially commend her on her project management skills, prompt responsiveness and being details orientated throughout the whole renovation process. The team - Philip and Jeraldine is a fantastic duo who works with us as partners in the design and renovation process of our mom new replacement flat. Their costing are comprehensive and competitive. The plus point we selected them is they rendered the additional service to walk through with us from keys collection and defects identifications. The team has good hold of their subcontractors from plumber, electrical, carpenter and tiler. Each of them rendered professional inputs and gave constructive feedback to laying out the works in consultations to our requirements. We received many positive comments from guests on the renovation works. We commend the team for their honest costing, care to meet our tight timeline (despite of Covid and festive holidays) while providing regular project updates and pictures. We decided to engage Jeraldine from Posh living to bring our dream of having a full feature wall tv console into reality, and she definitely executed it seamlessly. After discussing with her and deciding which design suited with the theme of our home, we left her to do her magic. We were genuinely impressed that it was all completed within a short period of time without any setbacks. From planning, to fabricating and installation, we put our trust that she is able to manage the process. To have and ID that listens and understand her clients needs is important, but to establish a good working relationship from the start till the end of handover and be transparent with the process and/or delays, is a bonus.
