A very disappointing experience. A michelin noodle place but the rest of the food taste so much nicer than the noodles. The noodles taste even worse than instant ramen. Pork cubes were salty to the point we had to tell ourselves to stop touching it and putting it into our mouths. Very nice carparccio, very fresh and delicious uni handroll and suprisingly refreshing cold brew tea. The SMMs were superb thou, plastic dividers and very ample space between front and back diners. Totally worth the price if the noodles could improve. Recommended if you like uni and would like it in a handroll.

Asked my friend for recommendation and she recommended Tsuta, of course I would love to try a Michelin star ramen given that Japan is not open for travel yet. We ordered their premium char siu shoyu soba ($18.80) and premium crab soba ($23.80) and yuzu cider ($6.80). For the price point, I can say the portion is really small and I can't feel the justification of the word 'premium' in the name. Taste is average, noodle texture was great but all gone in a few bites. ?

Cant say its great, awesome or memorable. Neither they are bad. Overall the taste, texture, service and price are average, nothing memorable, good for a luxurious work lunch. Definitely other better option at basement or donki, from a price to worth perspective.

For a michelin star brand, this deserve 1 star. But giving 1 additional star since it was still a decent bowl of ramen, just that it didnt came piping hot which we expect from a bowl of ramen.. the mango sushi was even horrible.. not sure what mango they used. Tasted like a mix of dried mango that was soaked in sugar water. Perharps canned mango? For the price, it is really horrible. Not much drinks option. Remembered ordering their roasted tea but it was so bitter and bad. Not sure if there was a refill option since we didnt get any anyway. Wont be back again..

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of what I ordered and am quite surprised there are under 3 star reviews for this restaurant!! The chicken bao, the karaage and the signature ramen tasted all good to me and my husband. I actually really liked the broth taste here. I saw some other reviews that said broth isnโ€™t like other Japanese ramen which makes me wonder if perhaps this broth is suppose to be a total different broth concept, so itโ€™s not equal comparison. I also really like their diverse menu options. Many ramen places have limited menu and here I get to add diverse taste to my meal.

Doesn't feel much like a Japanese Restaurant. More of a fast food joint for Japanese meal. Taste wise is good for some of the items. As I don't take well to buckwheat, I didn't want to risk eating the Soba, so I had the rice bowl. Which I wasn't too impressed with it. But my friends who had the soba was happy with their meal. Liked their Aburi Salmon Mentaiko Roll, a bit pricey though!

Every dish was a ๆƒŠๅ–œ๏ผ We ordered 3 Ramen dishes and 2 rice dishes. However, I wish that the temperature of the ramen broth could be hotter. Comfortable ambience. Top notch hospitable service from their staff, Vernice! She has certainly enhanced the whole dining experience.

Tsuta has got as Michelin star, so it is a restaurant we've got to try, even though we have our reservations about it. In the end, we confirmed our suspicion - it's overrated (in our opinion). The original shoyu version was better balance/ flavored than the shio one (which surprised us).. but they were both disappointing (when compared to Sanpoutei, Nantsuttei). The pork bowl was a let down as well, the seasoning was off and it would be worse without the added onsen egg. Won't be back.
