Over-rated. Hair cuts are awful. Owners wife is a clever saleswoman, got me to do a hair treatment and facial. It was expensive, and I had acne afterwards. As for the hair treatment, I was charged $40 for an ampoule I could have bought from Watsons. Real rip off.

Unpleasantly overwhelmed by the team’s skills, services, and attitude. Upselling package is already not the main issue, what really upset me was the assurance that anything turns out unwell, “is totally not within our control.’ I mean, hair stylist are supposingly more learnt, experienced and professioned than we customers. So I was at the salon wanted to do a perm. One of the female stylist who attended me(couldn’t get her name) started to cut my hair without notifying me. I thought it was a trim but seconds later I saw more than half the length of my hair chopped on the ground. I was beyond shock, took too long to grow just hoping to create a long wavy perm and now hopeless! I tried to tell the lady this is not what I wanted and told her not to cut any shorter but was awfully pissed and decided to change a new stylist because this lady just couldn’t communicate. She reacted by throwing the towel away and left the tools lying on the desk, and didn’t appear infront of the counter again. Spoked to another staff hoping to arranged for a new guy, and saw them pushing one another to go for it. This made losing more confidence in this salon. Finally a guy came and gave me a hair wash. I lied on the massage chair for 15min to wait and get my hair washed.(that guy went to attend to another customer) I did checked for staff availability before the change btw. Every event in the salon just left me unfortunate thoughts. The only luckily thing was that my friend spoke up for me and pulled me out of the shop. Oh the staff actually insisted that I should pay for the chemicals as well even without using, which I thought, was absolutely absurd. I’m really upset with all and was relieved that I didn’t continued with their services. Yea, they did told me anything happen is not within their limit, so if i really trust them, it has to be my mistake. So, what I’d like to say is, good luck!

One of the best haircut I got. Director Andrew quickly understood customer's haircut style needs and came out with a really good one. No selling products or packages to me, which is totally a plus. Appointment making process was easy and efficient. Overall, good experience.

This place is the worst place I ever been to. Unscrupulous and unethical. If not recommended by my make up artist for my wedding I wouldn’t even step into it. I specifically told Andrew the owner that I only wanted to cut my fringe to help facilitate my make up artist styling on my wedding day. To my shock and horror he started sniping my wavy perm which I just did few weeks ago! Now my hair is ruined as he cut off nearly half of the curls away. Worse thing is he charged me $27 for this whole “haircut” when I only requested to cut my fringe. He doesn’t only want to cut the fringe because how could someone charge $27 for just cutting fringe right. Such appalling and awful dishonesty! I’m disgusted now even writing this review. I should have spoken up when he was sniping my perms away this is my biggest regret. Not only I wasted $27, I wasted the money for my perm which is now gone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL AND UNSCRUPULOUS PLACE!!!

Went to Andrew on the recommendation of my wedding make up artist. He is very experienced and gave me a new hairstyle with a different parting which I loved. Also went to Andrew to dye my hair for the wedding. Was feeling apprehensive as it was my first time coloring my hair. Andrew and team did a fantastic job and the color turned out really nicely. Thanks Andrew and team!
