★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its on a Saturday and only one staff is deployed. Purchased ticket and about 15 queues in front. If you can wait 2 hours just for a hair cut then do so.
For me I rather go to their competitors. Greedy management or poor planning?

Not sure why they couldnt or refused to just serve me as the next customer, instead asked me wait until after the subsequent 2-3 customers were served. No point having a numbered queue system then if leaving the queue makes end up at back of the line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed my regular stylist Eling when the last Kcuts she was at closed for renovation. Super proficient and professional. She’s the only person in Singapore that has never once gotten my hair cut wrong. 10/10. Now I just worry what to do when she decides to call it a day!
